This was a really fun run month to month but looking back at it over the last few weeks, there's so much that happens, that I really enjoyed, that I think it is an excellent run.
The fact that Marvel didn't use Brian Stelfreeze's amazing issue #1 cover on this is sad and ludicrous. Both covers are nice, but Stelfreeze's one is unmatched.
Hi Omar. The first Miles Omni was one of my favorite books. The second I felt was good but a comedown from the first. How would you say this compares to the second? Did you think it was better or around the same?
From what I've read dipping in and out during the run (Was waiting for an omni but occasionally read an issue or two), its pretty great. I would say YMMV but this run spends a lot of time with the Morales family and has some pretty great arcs.

This is a quality run. I saw a lot of parallels to Peter Parker’s original run (I read both, simultaneously). I’m going to give Ziglar’s run a chance, too, but I wasn’t impressed with his Spider-Punk mini. It barely had any subplot and didn’t really capture the anarchic, yet “we the people” vibe of the earlier one-shots.
Hello. So I am collecting the Bendis Ultimate run in Omni format. Also his 2 miles omnis. Do I need to grab this one as well or does Bendis kind of wrap up his run at the end?
You don’t need to grab this omnibus, the bendis run is it’s own story. But, I extremely recommend reading this omnibus, because I personally thing it’s better than the bendis run, because the prowler is more focused in here, and is more of an anti hero, there is an awesome clone saga, and it feels like a Spider-Man story, and the bendis run felt kind of forced, because he’s a new character. But no, you don’t have to get the Saladin Ahmed omnibus, because it’s it’s own story.
Does this have enough material from absolute carnage to not make getting the absolute carnage omnibus worth it? Or is absolute carnage omnibus it’s own thing? Is there a lot of double dipping between the two books?
I had never read any Miles Morales comics but after watching Across the Spiderverse, I just started buying the current Miles Morales Spider-Man series. I've been loving it, but I hate that crossovers just interrupt every story at Marvel and DC. Great artist in the new series though! I need to go back and read some of these old stories.

Just keeps going downhill. They don't know how to handle the character which is why he's better in a seperate universe.

1 I enjoyed the first 2/3rds of the book. I didn’t really like the second one. This one I feel the same as volume 1. I didn’t like the third arc.

This omni would be Vol.3. It's a direct continuation of Vol. 1 and 2

Four comes out later this year, no word on five releases’ date.

The only double dipping is the Miles mini. The event and all the other tie ins are not in here.

I didnt particularly like this run. $200 saved.
Only enjoyed the first volume. Marvel just doesn't know what to do with the character and he belongs in the ultimate universe.
Miles consistently had better artists than Peter.
