Not the biggest Silver Age fan but Spidey is definitely the exception. I read these for the first time as I was reading Busiek & Olliffe''s Untold Tales of Spider-Man series. Great experience.

The colors on the AF15 cover are much more consistent with the original in the new printing.
Happy for anybody who doesn't have this who will now have an opportunity to buy it. I've got the third printing and it's a great book. I just wish marvel would continue printing at the Donnelly printer. The thin paper stock is disappointing, especially since this is a premium book. I don't know how DC does it, but the pages for even the new omnis are much thicker at mostly the same price points as the Marvel books. Hope Wolvie vol 3 is printed at the Donnelly printer

I bought both covers for this vol 1 and still waiting for them to arrive. I now want Bronze age Black Panther omnibus to be released. The Taschen Spiderman is amazing!..no pun intended. They made it look like original newspaper print!

YES! This is the book I've been waiting for to fill that void once I get this book Ill have amazing Spider-Man omnibus vol 1-3 and vol 5. So now just need vol 4 to get that set complete for what has been released.

Extras are definitely different from the 2019 reprint i have. Even your original printing has slightly different extras than the 2019 version (the Ditko cover is BW not colour in 2019, and it doesn't have that page of covers opposite the Ditko), although they are mostly the same .
Let me know when that vol.4 comes back in print. That's the only one I need!
Great overview Omar as always !!! I own I think the 3rd or 4th printing of The Amazing Spider-Man Omnibus the 2016 edition. Love the book and those early Amazing Spider-Man issue so good. Keep up the great work with your channel Omar.
