The black guy is Etika from the Etika World Network. He's a TH-cam steamer. He makes his money by taking donationsn through PayPal. Sometimes people will donate tons of money and then charge it back citing unauthorized use of their account. This has the effect of putting his PayPal account on ice. Additionally no one ever donates hundreds in a row like what happened in this video, unless they're old guard. Plus Etika's known for his crazy reactions. Throw it all in the blender and you get this event right here. Someone donates tons, and Etika reels, fearing for the incoming chargeback. He calls the guy up and they have a nice chat.
I wouldn't call it a "nice" chat per say, but damn dude. I asked for what happened on the stream not Etika's whole life story and his race.
