1kva solar energy system, what can it power, is it worth it?

in this video and installation we tried out a new brand of solar gadgets called Tasha.
here are the item list for this installation
1 60amp PWM solar charge controller
2 5units of 150w solar panels
3 1unit of 220ah Tasha tubular battery
4 1 unit of 1kva inverter
and lastly cables and accessories.
since PWM solar charge controller was used the whole 5 panels were connected in parallel to generate more current.
this was installed mainly for tv, fans and lighting.
this installation was done in Gombe state Northern part of Nigeria by Emitech electronics.

It all depends on the user's budget, but all in all, if you adhere to the principle of load shedding then the 1Kva is worth it.

For 12volts system as this one if you want to use high voltage 750w single solar panel I suggest you get mppt for effeciency wise or else all those high volts will be lost as heat using pwm. Therefore either get 12volts solar panels and connect them in parallel or get higher single solar panel with mppt. I prefer Mppt charge controller because is way better and efficient.
