There are a couple more tracks which I think come from this session, Demon's Eye and two different versions of No No No. No-one had quite formalised how you were supposed to behave at rock concerts at this early stage, so people were still figuring it out for themselves, and I think this was for a TV show, so not specifically a Deep Purple audience. I much prefer the sound you get from these old shows where the sound hasn't been mashed into a compressed assault on the eardrums like you seem to get now.

In Rock still one of the greatest rock albums ever. Saw them twice '71 '72 in Glasgow. Great concerts. Good choice gentlemen.

We did Demons Eye about 6 weeks back :) one of our favorites. Yes, trying to find good sound whenever humanly possible!
