I've never found a channel that I've liked so much in my life. I'm an engineering student and love doing design. This Old Tony has taught me a ton about machining and metal working, so much so that at 19 I have just bought my first metal lathe. Its only a south bend 8 incher from 1932, but with it I'm already putting to use things I've learned from this channel. So thanks a ton for what you do and for every video you produce.

Well played my friend, Well played.
As a fan of all the channels that played roles in this production, I have to say that this was one finely played out piece of entertainment. I must say that the way it is done from start to finish was excellent. Korny and entertaining, I'm not sure who the mastermind was on how the video was produced but it really is amazing that you just made a video of making two simple axle's into twenty minutes of entertainment. With the narration and the cameo's from some of the other TH-cam players I found myself watching every bit more so than I can recall watching anything from the normal networks. Keep up the good work!

@@FieroFats in the entertainment industry, a "gag" can be a joke, or other visual/audible effect that entertains the audience.
When a cartoon character is blowing it's nose, and suddenly the nose is blocked, the air has to go somewhere. Having it come out the ears, with suitable flapping and sound effects, is a "gag".

As a Canadian I sure understand having to work both standard and metric. Constant conversions using a standard calibrated machine. Great video fella.

Finding center of a round part. I’ve found using an Edge Finder is great in many aspects and doing it for decades.
Use a good Starrett, Brown & Sharp, or Mitutoyo. All good within .0005” divided by two touching both sides and double check with an indicator of good quality ( names listed above ). After double checking you will realize using an indicator is unnecessary.
Love your videos Tony as you are teaching an Old Dog, new things.
    Thank you 👍👍👍👍👍👍
