Great story, and I am happy to see you are satisfied. Being a TH-camr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of help from Fame- ster of course) will always pay off at the end.

Wow, Charlie's journey is really inspiring! I learned a few key things from this video. First, you don’t have to be outgoing or super confident to succeed on TH-cam; persistence and learning can get you there. Second, using trending topics like crypto or stocks helps grab attention, and titles with big numbers really pull people in. Third, teaming up with others can take your business to the next level-he’s got a whole crew now! Finally, don’t be afraid to switch things up and try new ideas; sometimes you just have to dive in and figure things out as you go. Thanks for sharing, this really motivated me!

I wish I could be the interviewer. I have so many questions he didn't ask. What made him decide to do startup content? How did he narrow down his niche? Did he initially feel like he had nothing more to offer than what's already out there or did he see a need? What made him get over his fear of being in front of the camera? Who did he learn from to be better at making videos? Where did he get his research for his videos? What was his initial investment? It helps that he's smart.

Then, looking at the 'tags' on the video (Charlie Chang & Million Dollar TH-cam Channels) and I'll wager my life those 2 combined search terms get A LOT of daily search volume!

I love the video.. just subscribed to your channel but I could never go out and do videos on my own.
I am doing faceless videos, but I am doing all my own information. I am a seasoned real estate broker with 20 years in the business and I am also in other sales. I just started a real estate channel like two weeks ago ..have four subscribers 👋👋 and then I listen to this guy and I’m just overwhelmed but that’s OK
I’ve also started another TH-cam channel and I’m trying to have 4 TH-cam channels with substantive value, and will, try my best to do at least two videos a week… not just cranking out anything and not using just AI but trying to really get good information out there and then another one will just be hopefully some fun stories but I feel bad because I cannot go in front of a camera. It would just be too stressful ..it’s just not ever going to happen so I hope people can still make money eventually if they’re faceless but still using original material. Thanks again.

It is hard for me to hire someone to help my business because I feel like if I don't do it all then it isn't mine anymore. I should probably get a designer because I see a lot of good design out there whereas I often see advertising and think I could do better.
