  • Chinese takeout style Chicken wings is so crispy and flavorful that is better than the take out. Frying twice makes it super crispy and even next day it was crispy. Please do try this recipe.

    Chinese Chicken Wings
    Ingredients:
    3lb Whole Chicken Wings
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1 tsp White Pepper
    1 tsp Granulated Garlic
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Sugar
    1 tbsp Sesame Oil
    2 tbsp Soy Sauce
    2 tbsp Shaoxing Chinese Cooking Wine
    1 Egg
    3/4 cup Corn Starch
    1/4 Cup Flour
    Oil for frying.
    First time fry 7 min on 350F
    second time fry 6 min same temperature.
    This makes the most crispiest chicken wings ever.
