This house is GORGEOUS! Simple and classic but not boring.
I love Jazz’s energy when going through these houses.
Sophie Patterson's interiors' are always peaceful and timeless, not over the top glamour but almost a minimalist Japanese approach to the Euro interiors.
You won't find books,boxes,cushions and too much furniture in Japanese interiors. Sophie is a great designer but totally opposite to minimalist.

Jas did a brilliant presentation on this truly gorgeous house. There was absolutely nothing that I didn't love!
The color palette is light and inviting rather than dark and foreboding. A very welcoming atmosphere. Very nice melange of traditional and modern.

6.5 mill for 2500 sq ft. MAD! I'd rather live 30 mins outside London and get 3 times the sq footage.
Actually, this one is one of the best ones related to location-price you'll ever get. 6,5 for a Belgravia-located house is really "nothing". I found it much worse to pay 15 or 20 in Mayfair or Pimlico.
Some people value time more then square footage.
"Gorgeous sash windows" is translated as "it's a listed building so you can't have double glazing"
We lived in Primrose Hill for two years and you sure could feel the wind coming in through those “ gorgeous sash windows” 😅

Beautiful home stellar finishes and that garden is lovely x2 there wasn't a gym or cinema room but I guess it wouldn't include one was surprised. Is what I would use that study for if there isn't one does it have parking? I miss no lift is useful for some of us. The kitchen is slightly small but functional enough. I loved the little kitchenette in that room did the principal suite not have one? well done Jas and Tom :) I love your classic outfit is beautiful :) was Tom dressed up too?

The house is elegant and relaxing. You get so excited about the big fridge that is smaller than the one of my cheaper apartament 😂😂also in first bedroom is so bright here.Ofc it is because the light is turned on. The view is a interior court in London, in basement haha. The short ceiling hall... Old buildings have this not so luxurious
Has the house been split? The entry door is not in line with the windows that show the street. I'm guessing there's an entrance hall/foyer with stairs going up right after you enter the house but before you enter the unit that was presented?

Living room is just so small feels like a £350k house in Harrow. Also, kitchen is so poorly designed for a £6m home. This house doesn't have a soul, and more suited for a vacation home or short term rental.

Surprised (read, disappointed) that there was so little mention of the art work displayed, particularly the very nice set of pastel abstracts and the other abstract-expressionist like print (or original, one would expect in a £6.5m home). Wall paper, lighting, furnishings etc. even the most mundane, but rarely the art works.
Given the trouble and expense interior decorators and owners (here, ones with a less egregious taste than often seen in ‘bling palaces!) it’s a “miss”. I really think you need a presenter or back room staff with an awareness of this to inform the script.
Design looks nice but 6.5 million to live underground with limited space is not so nice 😅. Then there’s the fact that your courtyard is literally surrounded by other house… the lack of privacy 😂 doesn’t make any sense but I suppose it’s for the address
