I love it when you get the chance to talk to the owner because sometimes a property matches their personality and sometimes it doesnt and thats just so fun to see.
It’s not just about saving money, it’s about making your money work for you. A house like this takes more than just discipline, smart financial decisions and investments play a crucial role.
Agreed. I bought my first home after I started working with an FA, Graham David Fullerton. He guided me through growing my savings significantly. It wasn’t easy, but it really paid off.
I’m not surprises to see ‘Graham David Fullerton’ mentioned. A few years ago I thought owning a home was out of reach, no savings, no IRA. Fast forward, 3 years of hard work and smart investing, I grew my savings to 350k and was able to buy a home. If I can do it, anyone can. Graham was instrumental in helping me achieve this goal.
Where do I start? How do I begin investing? I don't think I can ever get a home with the current rates. If anyone has advice, please share. How do I connect with him?
These properties deserve a presenter that can articulate the design and architecture in a professional way. This was an easy watch that had a great flow to it. I find myself watching the other presenters, wondering why they are picking out details that are insignificant and ignoring architectural detail - i think it’s because they don’t know how to describe it or what they are. Great job Hannah 👌🏼
Hannah does an amazing job making this place look cosy and comfy. Thinking of doing a similar staircase for my house in London. Had to watch the video 3 times. Once for the house, twice for Hannah 🙃
Love how Hannah acted out the book, drink, feet up in the kitchen lounge area, if she could do the same in the shower bedroom area, I will be a very happy chap.😊
Really impressed with Hannah, I think you have a star on your hands here and could see her on TV doing this no problem. Great house, great tour, content is always great!
For sure. It's honestly one of my favourite houses on the channel so far. We're building our own house at the minute so thanks so much for all the videos and inspiration!@@TheLuxuryHomeShow
The house is very modern and attractive from the outside. The interior design is full of sophistication and comfort. Thank you for showing me around this beautiful house.
Looooove Hannah for sure! She’s so inviting! I absolutely loooooove this house I watch it almost every day just for inspiration! Definitely will be patterning my dream house after this! Beautiful home beautiful tour and love the owners taste!
What an exciting title! Surrey has some truly beautiful modern homes, and the idea of exploring one of them through a house tour sounds fascinating. The blend of contemporary design with the serene landscapes Surrey offers must be a sight to behold. I can only imagine the innovative architectural features and interior designs that this home might showcase, especially if it's contending for the title of the best modern home in the area. Exploring different home designs is always such a delightful and inspiring experience! 🏡✨
A dream home and so practical. I would have loved to see the glass doors open, but i presume that didn't happen because it was so cold and wet. I look forward to seeing the landscaping finished.
Yo Hannah! you absolutely smashed it, even with everyone’s pre determined view waiting for Tom and Jas. you are so so charming and funny, I really enjoyed the tour! I don’t even know you but somehow feel proud lol? Anyway love the interior of the house but man why did they knock that beautiful house down lol.
At last, a modern house that has space for shoes, coats etc. next to the front door. So many reviews recently show houses with no space for these things.
Exactly, the only minor thing is the bedrooms could’ve been a little bit bigger, good size but I think if you can spend 50k, on lights which is unnecessary in my opinion where you can get similar style lighting for less that does the same thing, you can Spend a little more feet in the other two bedrooms. But all in all lovely home. love the architecture inside, the beautiful spacious hallway the flow of the warm herringbone flooring throughout the home and the light from all the skylights from each level at the front looking down stunning.
What a nice house! As much as I love carpets in bed rooms and children rooms as well, we decided to remove them after 4 yrs. They were utterly ruined. They were so nice at the beginning, but having 3 kids back-to-back, who got sick, vomitted on the carpet multiple times, and our dog having diarrhea and secretly pooped in the children's room, it was just not practical anymore. When they're all older, we might reconsider. Keep up the fantastic vids :)
@@fitnessboy2024 if they can spend 50k on 2 lamps they can probably afford a cleaning service. But I would be also scared to clean all this space and glass.
Yh, that's what I was thinking to much exposed clutter. With doors it would be more neater even though it was neat but obviously pre put together before cameras came.
@@zeezee-6 I still wouldn't want visitors to see all my stuff there, neat or not. It detracts from the sleekness of the house. I have better things to do with my time than being a neat-freak and spending every waking moment cleaning and polishing that place - like spending that time with my children, for example.
@@warpedweft9004 yh, I hear you. some people don't wanna be asked or be botgered with tidying up all the time, that's why I'm saying doors would be better as you can just fling things there in the right place though but not overly neat an tidy. Having things exposed its just looks cluttered to me, I'm different I like things neat and tidy if you put things back where they suppose to be, and tidy as you go you wouldn't be thinking you have better things to do with your time it will b already done but there are people out there that thier house is just nasty and untidy thibgs on the floor, a whole heapbof dishes in sink clothes and shoes all over the floor, i wouldnt wanna eat or drink from that person nah, im good.
Fresh presenter loaded with good, clear facts. Attractive property, especially the rear. I wonder if the glass either side of the front door is significantly re-enforced, odd to have such a large front door yet surrounded by glass and not obscured at all, I dont imagine burglars would bother with the door 😉. Guess it is the thing with 'luxury properties' that the budget is OTT, £50k on the kitchen and hallway lighting for a start could be spent on far more important things in life. Several references to photo ops is distracting, if that is an intended use for the property its not particularly family friendly. A cinema room was my first thought too for the room on the top floor 👍
Will modern homes ever be grade 2 listed in 200 years' time? I can't see people in the future ever saying you can't change those plaster board walls and huge sliding glass doors .
Most likely. There are many modernist homes that are considered works of art or have historical value. I dont know about thisnplace in particular but a building has to have some sort of historical significance though doesn't it? I think the oldest modernist home is the Schindler House. Built in 1922.
something wrong with me, as all those windows by the entrance concern me. if you were home alone and someone was trying to break in well .....we live in dangerous times is this wise?? very beautiful though.
Really enjoyed the tour, do you have floor plans, I like to see layouts, Matt & Summer used to post them in the videos. Thanks! Fab channel with amazing selection of quality homes to give you ideas...

It is a beautiful home but should have spent some money on the kerb appeal. A decent paved driveway and some gates especially with that open glass frontage. I’d also prefer the cloakroom enclosed doesn’t look good having that open plan layout with shoes and coats right when you walk in.

So much better than the smug irritating presenters
Thank you for sharing
This presenter is soooo refreshing. Her voice is so soothing and she’s very professional. Amazing work
Kinda looks like Alice Eve.
Nah the other guy is better her commentary feels so unnatural and over expressive.
We're really proud to be the Architects responsible for the realisation of this project!
Hello hollandandgreen,
Would it be possible to get a blue print of this project?

Could listen to Hannah all day long, love Summer as well but so nice to have Hannah as well.
How many years would I need to save to afford a house like this? Seriously, what does a place like this cost, and what are the running expenses?

Best presenter by a distance. Not an ounce of smugness or irritating falseness - well done

The thing I find with a lot of these modern houses is It feels more like a hotel not a house
