Rehab Pilates - Hip Replacement

In this video we show you the transformation of a dance choreographer Camy Sanghvi-61 who had a fall while dancing and had a fracture of the head neck and shaft of femur of the left hip. She needed total hip replacement surgery, which is a titanium head and neck screwed into her femur with nails.
She started with conventional bedside physiotherapy and moved into active walking on day 2 and there was no looking back. Till she reaches her goal of going for a hike in Bali with her BFF’s in just 3 months.
Here are some exercises that helped her in strengthening her muscles and increasing mobility.
