- It's always a blissful feeling, to taste a vintage traditional snack. Poricha Pathiri, also known as Enna Pathiri, is such a delicious vintage snack. Though traditionally it is exclusively made with Rice flour, ones available in tea stalls and hotels are a mix of Rice flour, Maida and Semolina. This recipe is for all such food enthusiasts who crave for authentic Poricha Pathiri. Easily made with simple techniques and steps. Do give it a try.

🧺 INGREDIENTS
Grated Coconut (തേങ്ങ ചിരണ്ടിയത്) - ¼ Cup
Cumin Seeds (ചെറിയ ജീരകം) - ¼ Teaspoon
Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) - 5 Nos
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 3 Cloves
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 1 No (Optional)
Ghee / Clarified Butter (നെയ്യ്) - ½ Tablespoon
Water (വെള്ളം) - 1½ Cup (375 ml)
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - ½ Teaspoon
Roasted Rice Flour (വറുത്ത അരിപ്പൊടി) - 1 Cup (160 gm)
Black Cumin Seeds (കരിംജീരകം) - ¼ Teaspoon (optional)
Coconut Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) - for deep frying

You are a straight forward person explaining all the minute wonders everytime. Also you are not asking your viewers to Press subscribe button, press bell button which is a common dialogue in other channels. You are extraordinary and that's why you win always.
Another major difference is that most of the other youtubers do all circus for creating a variety item or dish. But in reality it's not helping anyone.
From your video it's understood that you are definitely helping persons who are just learning cooking and in some videos you have said repeatedly the difference of tablespoon and teaspoon. You are sharing the recepie list in description which is seen very rare. Most of them does not do this purposeful to increase their viewership.
I am a big fan of all your vegetarian/eggetarian dishes.

First I Thank you for this recipe .. what I like about your video is, giving us different options and ideas, for example you also said how restaurant prepares, honestly I have eaten this only buying from restaurant and if you didn't mentioned how they cooked and I had used only rice powder, it would have turned hard if i had to serve after few hours of cooking, and i would have been disappointed..
