    Lad's probably the best comparison video I've seen,well done. I'm 64 in November and buying a Fuel exe and your video has proved very reaffirming .
    😉.
    Thanks again.

    I have a Rail for fun and a Slash for bike parks, in my opinion the ultimate combo!

    Great video. I'm currently looking at both the Rail and Fuel Exe, and I found this video both very helpful and enjoyable to watch. If only I could own two bikes, my decision would be easy. Sounds like the Rail is the do it all bike. Not as good at downhill as the Slash, or as good at technical trails as the Fuel Exe but can do everything and go anywhere.

      The Rail is a beast for everything if you don't mind a little extra weight. It makes the climbs as fun as the descents!

    We have a Slash 8 for demo too, Sam!

    If only they didn’t cost $5k+. Not to mention the used market is terrible.

    The clear winner was the Rail. They were just praising the EXe to be polite. lol. I ordered a silver Rail 7 today!!

      We were impressed with all the bikes honestly but for all round fun, up and down, yeah.. the Rail can't be beaten 👌
      I own a Fuel EXe personally because I'm not ready to let all the work be done by the motor just yet (give me another 10 years) 😅

    Good video, what’s the settings you used for the motors especially the EXE, did you use the trek app to adjust,cause three guys would set it different and the usage would vary

    • @danhaigh2544
      @danhaigh2544 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah, I'm afraid so mate! To be fair, I have landed my personal bike's GX T-Type chain directly onto rocks I was attempting to surmount (multiple times), and it still hasn't broken. The dude who was riding when it snapped.... was rough as toast on the gears that day (sorry Ben) 😅

    • @rugbyfan6141
      @rugbyfan6141 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      yea but sram was very vocal about this new system likes change under power meybe only leg power they forgot about ebikes stuff :))) and this upgrade aint cheap soo i w8 and read before i buy :(

      @samuelfillan6257 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @rugbyfan6141 always good to exercise caution dude. Like you said, this stuff ain't cheap!
      My personal experience with the T-type on my Exe is that it's been great shifting under load.
      The gears on this rail were put under some extreme circumstances on this day 😅 (message sent from my personal account - Sam 🤙)
