anyone who has studied psychology at a respected university will know that this body behavior and response is normal in victims of rape or families of murdered victims etc it's media that makes us think that the natural response is crying and yelling etc. In reality, when something like this happens the person is in shock and has lack of affect/emotions- they haven't psychological coped w the sorrows of the loss - tht actually takes years to overcome and deal w.

I have studied experimental psychology at University of Cambridge, UK. I hope that's 'respected' enough for you. No, crying is not essential for expressing sadness and in deed people could be in shock. That's the story on one end - however, you should have also talk about psychopaths. Psychopaths exist in all walks of life. I am not saying that what you are saying is wrong. I am saying that you are only stating one end of the argument - a true professional opinion should be a neutral opinion. I know a girl of (from a very similar background as the girl arushi ). She attended top university on scholarship - dad came to drop her and extremely proud mother based non graduation picture, single child, innocent as anything in her daily life. Over the years it turns out her father used to touch her sexually when she was a kid and her uncle had sex with her, a memory she repressed and came out under therapy. Her mum kept silent because she wanted to save the marriage so she overlooked. This girl in adulthood suddenly also went crazy in terms of sex and secretly started leading life as a prostitute - a woman who has a day job in one of the most prestigious firms in the worlds. Happy families are not necessarily happy. The west has more records of sexual abuse of children because they take it seriously and in countries such as India they don't. I am not saying that I have a hypothesis. I am saying that it is impossible to tell and everything has been dealt with superficially. For example, a motive doesn't have to be servant being found in a compromising position and then father has an issue with it. Maybe the opposite happened. What amuses me is how people on either side is so thoroughly convinced of their opinion!

She kept saying I have faith in legal system like she wants them to know how she still trusts them to not go against them.. a mother who lost her daughter so brutally wouldn't say she "trusts the legal system", she would say "how can anyone kill her.. how did anyone enter the house? I want to know who the killer is?" But she didn't say any of it. This isn't it. Her tone of voice, her body language is telling a whole another story as well.

+book worm I strongly believe that first the movie release, then Times of India support for the convicted criminal(parents) then release of the narco test indicate that parents are trying their best to convince people of India that they are innocent and victim or wrong judgement. However, there are many points clearly indicate that parents are the real culprits. 1 ).The precise cut to her throat/neck seems very suspect. Someone who used a golf club earlier would never come back to 'finish the job' with a precise cut. 3).Plus, even though he could not rape her, the autopsy report clarifies that something did happen to her, from examination of her private and redressed her cloths and undergarments. 4). burning the bed off before forensic investigations completed, applying for anticipatory bail before the case began and the police even started pointing fingers. 5). they also refused to hand over the terrace key to the police for 3 days. 6) That the clothes of both the accused were not found soaked with blood. It is highly unnatural that parents of deceased Aarushi will not cling to and hug her on seeing her murdered. 7) That it is not possible that an outsider(s) after committing the murders will muster courage to take Scotch whisky knowing that the parents of the deceased Aarushi are in the nearby room and his top priority will be to run away from the crime scene immediately. 8) That the door of the terrace was never locked prior to the occurrence but it was found locked in the morning of May 16, 2008 and the accused did not give the key of the lock to the police despite being asked to give the same.

      Lets be objective.
      1. Precise single stroke cut using dentist scalpel to slice the neck? Not possible.
      2.
      3. cleaned private parts and redressed the cloths but the pajama was low and buttock cleavage visible? If the intention was to erase evidence of sexual act, pajama would have been neatly in place with strings tied, so that no body would have any doubt. Why the issue of cleaning private parts raised after 1.5 year after initial NAD? The details mentioned about vaginal orifice etc is just "Non sense".
      4. Who burnt the bed? Police asked it to be thrown on terrace do avoid media glare. Why didnt UP police seize the bed, if it was important?
      5. Refuse the terrace key for three days? Your imagination. Please be clear of the facts.
      6. Parents cloth did show blood signs of aarushi but not of hemraj. Regarding "why not soaked in blood?"hug and cry are all bollywood cliches.
      7. Just a theory.
      8. It is just a speculation. If the murderer was known to Hemraj and was with him that night, he had the access to key, especially after killing him. Hence it is possible that he could have locked the terrace and took it away.

After watching this interview, this is what I observed with the body language and tone of talk from the mother and the way she responds to every question. The lip smacking, the eyes tilted down position when faced with brutal words like murder, death, birthday. She is in total support for the husband when asked about his involvement in the crime. She leaned more emotionally towards her husband than her dead daughter, clear indication not because she didn't love her daughter, but because she had to save of what is left for her and that's her husband. The daughter has been killed out or rage or by accident. It has to be one or the two. The mother is clearly distraught and disappointed here, that some terribly hitting gone wrong due to instant rage and anger from either her or her husband. Personally I assume, it would have been the husband. No outsider involved, 4 people alive before 12AM and out of which 2 perished. The remainder two are burdened with the proof.

2 ) hemraj body was dragged till terrace then body was covered with cooler panel and paritition between two terraces ( terrrace adjacent to talwar terrace ) was covered by a blanket . Which killer would take so much of pain to do so many things that too at night and at some other person house . Any way after killing they would run away so hidding the body on terrace and locking it up doesn't makes sense unless killer is from the same house
3 ) ballenti bottle found on the tabel of hall had blood of both arushi and hemraj ..so killer had a drink after killing servant and arushi . Wow killer had lots of guts I must say .
4 ) golf stick no. 6 I guess and surgical blade were never recovered . Did police check talwar 's car right after the incident . No they dint .

I strongly believe that first the movie release, then Times of India support for the convicted criminal(parents) then release of the narco test indicate that parents are trying their best to convince people of India that they are innocent and victim or wrong judgement.

The way she is talking, it's just impossible to accept she doesn't know the whole scene. No pain, no grief and literally zero hesitation talking about a terrifying and brutal murder of her own 13 yo daughter. Even if it was accidental she knows it and even sees it to this day when she closes her eyes about how the throat of her own girl was slit, how she screamed and how it looked. Lucky for them they had powerful contacts and the initial response police messed up the crime scene. They don't even deserve hell

From the very first moment of the interview she looked like a person gripped with shame rather than grief or loss. she never looked into camera straight up; while appealing to public at large when being asked by the journalist, she is at loss of words and said everything with her head held low. the expression at 1:02 tells it all when she is refuting the initial charges.
