just great, so much more sympathetic to his talents than the majority of his later output attests (not that we don't forgive him for missing the mark later on, the price has to be paid eventually)

@@gillesserrigny6324 I looked at my burned copy and it was the Mark Ratcliffe show May 2nd 2006 BBC radio.. JM did an interview between the tracks played It has a four part interview between the tracks Cooltide,Couldn't love you more and I don't want to know/ My creator. The line up is John Martyn guitar/ vocals,Alan Thompson Bass guitar, Spencer cozens keyboards and Arran Ahmun. I think I got it from dime a dozen. I have the full show. it's never been released officially John talks about his foot being amputated. I saw him at Shepherd bush around that time.
An absolute genius who is sadly missed.
Unequivocally. Intense dude.
John certainly knew how to think way outside of the box. Including his own boxes..... innovating his own music again and again
This song makes me think he didn't sell his soul like the rest of them
This is just freakin' amazing. Thought I knew this tune, but this is a revelation.
Hightened creativity mixed with jazzy improvisation! Only John Martyn had the musical chops to pull this one off! 👍🏿👍🏿💥💥💥💥
