Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia. Its modern skyline is dominated by the 451m-tall Petronas Twin Towers, a pair of glass-and-steel-clad skyscrapers with Islamic motifs. The towers also offer a public skybridge and observation deck. The city is also home to British colonial-era landmarks such as the Kuala Lumpur Railway Station and the Sultan Abdul Samad Building.
Batu Caves (Tamil: பத்து மலை, romanized: Pattumalai) is a mogote (a type of karst landform) that has a series of caves and cave temples in Gombak, Selangor, Malaysia. It takes its name from the Malay word batu, meaning 'rock'. The cave complex is one of the most popular Hindu shrines outside India and is dedicated to Murugan. It is the focal point of the Tamil festival of Thaipusam in Malaysia.
Roti canai, or roti prata, also known as roti chanai and roti cane, is an Indian flatbread dish found in several countries in Southeast Asia, especially Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. It is usually served with dal or other types of curry but can also be cooked in a range of sweet or savoury variations made with different ingredients, such as meat, eggs, or cheese.

That's a delicious looking spread there. Mmm that Roti looks delicious. The train system looks real well run. 😲 Those caves are amazing. It's quite packed though. I'm guessing it's one of Kuala's major attractions?

The reason there are many people there is because the major Annual Thaipusam Festival had just taken place (Jan 25, 2024). Otherwise, there would be more tourists and lesser locals. The cleanup after the festival has some 2 to 3 metric tons if misplaced footwear alone, as more than 1.3 Million devotees and tourist visit during the Thaipusam Festival.
Awww thank you we didn't know this 🙂🙂
We don't call the spicy red paste Salsa, but Sambal. Do try out the Nasi Kandar, Satay, or Claypot Chicken Rice next. The prices of street foods in Malaysia is unreal right?😅😂👌
Thank you so much for the information and for watching us 😊
