they are really expensive for good camps and if you are planning on going to a college i would go to college camps near you so the coaches already know you and everything else

And is it bad to be consuming a lot of sugars as a wrestler?
Not necessarily as when your training hard your body uses its glycogen storage and sugar quickly turns into glycogen. Honestly i would say to try and clean up your diet rn so that your used to it in season. And make sure to get your protien in.
