I have 9 year old twins who are really good wrestlers, and I use your videos as examples of different things all the time. They love using your videos to study different moves or just to listen to the awesome advice you give. They've been working on their blast doubles and following through on their shots, and watching how you do it has really helped. There's not many wrestling influencers out there who take the time to give advice that's helpful to younger generations of wrestlers. I love what you're doing for the sport.

i also LOVE what u said about facing someone u lost to. I’m a freshman and only 2 years of wrestling and i lost to a sophomore who wrestled for 5 years and our series was tied 1-1 for wrestle offs i came back and beat him to wrestle 120 lbs. Love the points u make they r very motivating

Wrestling is a tough sport, CAYDEN DOMINATED that match from start to finish and he was only up 8-5 with 1 second left. Cayden, that may have been the best match you have wrestled in your college career. You took down the #4 wrestler in the country whenever you wanted to for 7 minutes.

I’ve coached wrestling for many years. Your spiral ride is fine… consider an ankle ride simultaneously to disrupt their base and keep them down like the Penn state wrestlers do… watch some of there duals on TH-cam. Get more forward pressure on their hips when you’ve broken them flat. Work some bars like your boy Spencer Lee. Can’t wait to see you dominate on top just like you do in the most important position… neutral.
