I’ve watched interviews of guys who used to play football when he was a coach and other students in his classroom and they all have stories of how much of an impact he made in their lives. Some of these kids didn’t have fathers and was struggling in school and he stepped up to mentor them. One kid was being bullied for being gay and the only safe places for him to be was in his classroom and his wife’s. He advocated for LGBTQ students in his school even as a head coach of their football team. That gay student he helped? His name is Jacob Reitan and he is now a lawyer!

I’ve watched interviews of guys who used to play football when he was a coach and other students in his classroom and they all have stories of how much of an impact he made in their lives. Some of these kids didn’t have fathers and was struggling in school and he stepped up to mentor them. One kid was being bullied for being gay and the only safe places for him to be was in his classroom and his wife’s. He advocated for LGBTQ students in his school even as a head coach of their football team. That gay student he helped? His name is Jacob Reitan and he is now a lawyer!

There is so much love in this man's family. There is so much love in Kamala and Doug's family.
We need this in the world. We need people who have something of depth and meaning to work for, to protect, and to grow. It cannot be about money and power. It must be about people and doing what's right to help them.
I burst into tears seeing the Walz’ kids. First, under trumps plan they never would have been born, nor would so many other great humans. But what really got me was seeing how proud his kids were of him. His son crying and saying “that’s my dad” - can’t fake that. A family like this is everything. Only a man of real integrity can help create such a family. Can’t wait to have Walz as our VP.
Walz is one of the reasons why so many is energized. This is a purely sincere man.
