Great podcast!!! As I was watching, I blocked a sweater that I have had on the needles for over three years. It has lots of colour work and involved steeking which I have never done before. It feels so good to have it off my WIP list.
I added a couple WIPs in solidarity with you. 😃 I’m making a bunny hat and a blanket bunny for my new great niece due in March. Plus a pair of socks. Hope to make it in April!
I have 2 pair of socks on the needles for the easy mindless knitting. I'm working on my wips and have yet to cast on anything new, yay! Thankfully I'm finding joy in completing some projects. We'll see how I feel about that in a month or so.
Your Solomon is looking good! I can’t wait to get back to mine. I’m at my mom’s and brought little things to do - dishcloths (giving them to my mom’s nurse and aids), socks. I like that pocket shawl too, but am determined to do more wips than new things. I have plenty to choose from.
Hi Beth, Once again, I missed the last episode and need to go catch up. I think your night lighting is fine. My word for the year is similar to yours….it is Order but could have been Organization. I have several “hot spots” in my home that stress me out and I need to get them in order and keep them that way. That tends to be my problem, keeping order in those areas….sewing room, laundry room, closet, etc. I’ve been doing better with finishing my wips before starting new ones but I still have several that need attention. I finished several things during your #MarchtotheFinish last year and hope to again this year. Is the Burra kal over? That’s one wip I need to get back to. Take care!
The previous episode is a parade of WIPs. It was kind of fun. Hopefully we can both get more organized with Stephanie of Texas Peach Knits and her fluff your stash MAL. The Burra KAL ended on December 31st. You have all the time in the world to finish it now.
Always love your podcasts., you have a wonderful smile! I have a lot of WIP’s have never counted, I would be scared to count. I should go thru them and weed out the ones I will probably never finish. I would love to get together in April, let me know. Can’t make it the weekend of the 13th.
Your podcasts are always so enjoyable! I very much appreciate you mentioning the Wise Owl Knits podcast. I split off my sock machine videos to a new channel called Wise Owl Knits CSM. I did that mostly because it made me feel more organized. It was giving me some anxiety having everything mixed together! I am interested in a meet up in April. I am coming from Indy, so the Chicago area would be my preference, but I can also do Wisconsin or Michigan.
I forgot that you split up your channel. Thanks for the reminder. It would be great to see you again! I'll make sure to keep you in the loop on when/where it will be.

Thanks, Darlene! Your sweater sounds like a labor of love. Did you post a picture? I'd love to see it!
Yes, my sweater is posted on my ravelry page. My user name is TinkerTaylor3. It's a picture of it being blocked. Too wet to model it still LOL

Oh no! The influence is going the wrong way. 🤦♀️ Get those WIPs done! 😂
Let's hope we can find a date that works for both of us. 🤞
Pausing the video to say, Woohoo!!!..how exciting to win a Queen Sandy bag! Thank you!...I'll email you this morning ❤😊
Woohoo! Congratulations!
You will love the bag, they are very well made. And Queen Sandy is a very nice and generous person.
The night lighting is fine, but the day lighting is better/brighter. Please keep me on your list for an April meetup.
Love the lace on the Bloomsbury!
Thank you, Colleen!
I appreciate the lighting feedback. I know I can always count on you for honest opinions.
You are definitely on the list!

Completing projects sounds great! I should try more of that.
Great eipisode Beth. I have a ton of wips. But I love the variety of projects. My thing this year is to use the yarn I already have!
Thanks, Chris! We can work on those goals together.

Thanks, Sharon. I hope all is well with your mom. It's so kind of you to give hand knit gifts to her caretakers.

Thanks, Mary! You might be surprised what you find when you go through old WIPs. Give it a try!
I'll keep you in the loop on the get-together.

I'm fine. I hope to record within the next couple of weeks. I've had a lot going on. Thanks for your concern.
