It’s just that your comment caught my eye as I was scrolling down and I just wanted to say that your positive outlook and words are (I’m sure) well-appreciated by KD pero please refrain from telling someone suffering from mental health issues to disregard the sudden and sometimes constant feeling of gloom and anxiety. No one who is ill ever wished for their illness. Instead of thinking and telling people that “it’s just your imagination”, why not try to empathize instead and NEVER give advice. Instead, just tell the person you support them and whatever they’re going through, YOU ARE WITH THEM THROUGH IT AND TO THE END OF IT. This is coming from someone who constantly suffers from Anxiety and Depression, btw. Again, not looking for an argument, just wanted to share my own thoughts.
