I do find it very suspicious that plaintiff claims he has a police report and needed medical attention from an alleged assault but doesn't bring it to court. I sincerely hope we find out soon what happened in this case.

At 4:42 when judge Milian asked her bailiff why people came to court not prepared, it reminded me of what judge Judy asked to a litigant: «Where do you think you were going today?!? TO THE BEACH???» It can be pretty irritating for a judge to have to deal with idiots who present themselves in court with no preparation what so ever hoping the judge will give them reason without them giving any efforts to plead their cause.
