The road you took next to Sunrise Grocery is a fun little trail, with some great places for some nature photography. Never camped back there (it's only about 45 minutes from home), but I've seen many tents, so I know it's popular. Thanks for the info about Charlie's Creek - I'm going to have to head up there!
10:10 Great video. Not sure if anyone has a winch in the group, but it would make for a much lower risk recovery. Using a snatch block would allow for a straight line pull. Stay safe and have fun.
Ranger power activate! We always love seeing everyones overland rigs. Such a diversity of trucks. Trails reminded me of overlanding trails I've seen on YT in the Ozarks. Sure looked like an amazing trip with a great group of folks. I also loved the music you picked for each of the scenes. 1000 subs is right around the corner!!!! 🙂 Mark (& Teresa) Maryland
What brand of tent and rack are you running. Mostly interested in the rack that allows you to keep your bed cover. We have a 2021 FX4 ranger and want to run a tent, but we don't want to take the cover and/or tent on and off all the time. I live below Asheville and the Ga Traverse is my go to trail.
Tents on top of vehicles are hipster nonsense. Sleep all cramped and pay crazy money for a tent that stays hot in the sumer from the solid panel getting hot. Its stupid in every way possible.
We love it. We used a ground tent for 3-4 years before moving to a roof top tent and have absolutely no regrets. There is something for everyone and we prefer the ease and quick setup and tear down a RTT has. Thank you by the way for all the engagement! Helps the channel grow.
Well some people like to enjoy the outdoors with what they got. I would hate to offroad with the people you off-road with if this is the mentality they have.
There is a reason people don't post coordinates online of where a nice campsite is. People oftentimes don't treat the campsites with respect and they end up getting shut down.
@@outlandishoverland I found a few channels that lists sites. The shitty people that trash sites will trash them anyways, and prob not on TH-cam watching adventure videos ;)

Subscribed for more Ranger content! Definitely want to check these trails out. Fellow Ranger owner from Virginia!
Thanks, Ranger is long gone unfortunately. Upgraded to a ZR2
As a N GA native, with a newly acquired '21 T4R 4x4, I found this really inspiring. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
Always entertaining, beautiful scenery and love to see the Ranger in action. Thanks!
Thanks for watching and supporting!

We did have a winch in the group but I don't think he has a snatch block so it wouldn't have been a straight pull either way.
Odd question but was the people in the black 4Runner from Carrollton, Ga.? I used to see it all the time when I worked in that area.
I have no idea. 😅

Yes very similar to the Ozarks, and yes so close to 1,000 subscribers! I'm hoping to get there by next month 🤞

2wd truck is useless.
Pretty much
Glad I only offroad with jeep people. Some of these vehciles shouldnt have left the pavement.

@@outlandishoverland Yea you would probably call the law on them for drinking while offroading
@@WhiteTrashTennessee not sure who is drinking while offroading as we only drank once we were at camp.
@@outlandishoverland im talking about the jeep guys. You would be the kind of guy to call the cops on them.for having a good time

I wish people would mark Where you camp. Like put coordinates where your campsite is.
