I have found it to also be the quality of support you receive if you should happen to need it. I ordered this machine exactly 1year ago, and did the install myself. I’m a dentist, but “next time around”, gonna be a plumber/ electrician (I like hands on stuff). This video is complete, thorough, and representative of the ease of install. It’s quite easy, and straight forward. The dedicated circuit is a must, as is making sure the unit is completely level. I have well water, and have read that minerals are the natural enemy of any ice maker, so you may want to install (as I did) a reverse osmosis filter before the icemaker if you have a private well. Just make sure to boost the inlet pressure to the required level as per the manual. In all, a fantastic purchase, an appliance we use daily. Very impressed with the design and quality.

I bought 5 Ice Machines and installed four of them carefully following installation instructions and having no problems. When I proceeded to install the fifth (which is SS door) I followed the same procedure and got stuck when a message appeared on the display saying "Lo Suc". I had not been able to find what this message means and how to resolve it. There is no mention of such message on the Installation/User Manual and I had not been able to get a Service Manual. Can you help me to resolve this?
I have a leak in my True Ice Machine. It appears to be either inside the unit or at the connection to the exterior drain line. can the connection be replaced?

What is the part number to order the 12' Pump Assembly?
The pump drain line, does it have to end in an open drain or can it tie into the kitchen sink drain line like a dishwasher line?
Either option is fine. You can tie it into the kitchen sink drain line just like a dishwasher typically does.

Anything can be replaced. Did it have to be? Or was it just loose?
