I am a small drop in the ocean but still I can express my soulful feelings. Really fantastic, melodious, enthralling even non-classical music lovers. Very clean, like crystal clear Maa Ganga Water without any show-offs. A true Kalaakaar Hai Saab.Best fingering I have ever seen. No hiss noise of dragging fingers, all fingers vertical landing that is the ultimate best fingering. My best regards.

I somehow feel none of them can beat the baithak by Pt.Suresh Talwalkar ji - his knack of explaining the abstract is unbeatable... he goes just beyond answering the specific question..raises the level and takes the listener to concepts that have hardly ever been discussed...so I think may be a relook at the questions should be considered to get the best of these great erudite people...questions that lends itself to an open ended discussion rather than being closed ended.
Kumar Bose ji mentions it in the beginning. Not everybody can be a guru. He is still pursuing to reach that level. Suresh ji is a little ahead in that pursuit.
Suresji may be ahead in respect of theory but he is not a performer in the level at par with Kumarji, Anindyaji or Swapan Choudhury.
@@sumitkumarnayak4234 :) I'm not as qualified to make an assessment on this sir. But I know that Suresh ji is among the crème-de-la-crème out there. A gem.
Each guru has his perspectives about the nuances of intricate theory and play. Drink the knowledge from these stalwarts. Don’t pit one against the other.
Absolutely sureshji is a great guru no doubt about that but when it comes to performance he's is absolutely no match to these stalwarts whose names you have given. He isn't like a medical officer who never operates but exists as a consultant only.

Panditji with all due respect, the previous format at home was more warm and more interesting for a bhaitak.
Zakirbhai’s Baithak was was held at NCPA. will be uploaded once some procedures are completed.
MANMETR - when we expect audience of over 70, it is not possible to manage the baithak at our residence. Recently two Baithaks were held at home.
As explained we are obliged to change the venue when the expected audience would be over 60/ 70.

Also he belongs to Benaras gharana and we will able to see other style of Benaras.He is only one who plays single finger Na Dhin dhin Na of Pt.Anokhelal ji with complete vistar.Please call him once.

As kumar ji said that he has the recording of pt. Biru mishra ji in his phone..... well I have searched youtube but couldn't find any of pt. Ji's recording... And not just him but also great tabla players of old era... Like pt. Ramsahai ji,bhairav sahai ji,baldev sahai ji and many more... If you could request all the current maestro's to kindly upload those recordings of great tabla maestro's then that would really be a precious gift for the tabla community and a great help to the students.

Though pt. Biru mishra was a resident of Benaras but he took training from Ustad chhunnu khan Bareliwale& khalifa Abed hussain of Lucknow.
It is said that he was student of Vishvanath ji of benares gharana

According to Audiorec International , U.K. 1983 publication, Pt. Biru Mishraji was the disciple of Pt. Bhagwan Mishra who was a disciple of Pt. Baldeo Sahai.But Pt. Biru Mishra ji wanted to learn some special Lucknow compositions and therefore he later became the disciple of Khalifa Abed Hussain of Lucknow Gharana.
He was the student of Vishwanath ji (benaras gharana) only for life long. But he got ganda bandhan from ud. Abid Hussain khalifa to learn two gats only (as told by Kishan Maharaj ji-my guru)
If you listen Biru ji's only recording available on youtube, one can hear more of Benaras than Khalifa saheb.

What a shame that Panditji didn't have a mic holder so he could play and talk at the same time. He had to stop playing to hold the Mic in hand to express what he wanted to say. seems like a Minor thing but so much might have been missed.
