I love my Sleep Number bed. It is the best bed I have ever purchased. It took me a while to adjust to it, but when I did, I was sleeping like a baby, and I still do.
We love our! Best bed we have ever owned! We have 3. We started with a queen, had it for 8 years. We upgraded to the split king the the head will raise. We moved our queen to our motor home, and we are still using today. Now we have a sleep number single bed in the the spare (grand kids room)
We bought a 360 flexfight base a few months ago. We signed that contract too and they kept telling us we had that 90 days. Our flexfit base broke within the first 90s and now we can't get them to come out and fix it without charging us 150.00 which we refuse to pay considering it's within 90 days. So now we have a bed that is stuck upright and they refuse to help us unless we pay them 150.00. Our first sleep number still works after 10 years. No problems.
I am trying to find out how to completely deflate the mattress, because I have a different bed coming in, and I need to store this mattress without air in it, and have it completely flat. My app only goes down to a number 5 to deflate. I would be hesitant to get on top of the "almost deflated" mattress to remove any extra air, because I may be giving this bed to someone at a later date. I can't find anything online. I do not have a hand held remote as I only set the bed up with the app on my phone. Anyone now how to safely and completely deflate this without damaging it?
I wish I would have seen your video before purchasing my sleepnumber bed. It was also not comfortable for us. When we tried to return it, we learned that we couldn’t return the base so I felt compelled to make it work after spending so much money on a bed. They gave me a foam to put on top of my mattress which helped… but then why did I spend so much on a mattress 😔. I should have tried the mattress you ended up getting.
this contained minimal information about how to MOVE the bed from one place to another. Particularly the frame. I need to know how to box/move the frame and if the frame should be taken apart at all in order for movers to be able to move it. The mattress in a bag at least looks simple.
I own a moving company. These beds are absolute nightmares to move. Half the time they have issues getting them back together and working. Would never purchase this.
We have moved ours twice cross country and fidna move it again without any issues. Just take your time, keep ALL parts together and "unpacked" so your not looking for the pump in a maze of boxes. We do love it, but are also Temprpedic/Zinus fans as well.
First time moving was tricky, but since then I have nailed it without problems. My own opinion would be never raise the bed on its side like that because the side/ edges are plastic. Yes I know he is sliding it but it isn’t that hard to snap apart and unbolted the frames. Makes for easier picking up each piece separately. The motor should never me shaken or dropped per warranty .
Sleep number beds 100 night return policy is very deceptive. They never really tell you that you can’t return the frame once it’s in your home . They gloss over it . Why would you want to try a bed that costs around $4500 for the mattress and about $4500 for the frame if you cannot return the frame before 109 nights ? That’s like being forced to keep the frame of a couch you buy at a furniture store that has a 30 day return policy . But you can return the cushions . How deceptive is that ? I would recommend to not even think about buying a sleep number bed until they fix there deceptive. Business practice of not completely telling customers the truth . That you cannot for any reason return the frame . How unAmerican is that . They must be democrat supporters. They don’t care American citizens either .USA all the way 🙏👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Me too. I’ve had mine for 10 years and still LOVE IT.
It takes time to adjust to the bed but we love being able to adjust our firmness to each side.

Anything you can do for a substitute for caps?
Couldn’t use just use the frame from the sleep number to put the tempur-pedic on top?

I agree it’s not comfortable at all. I’ve tried every adjustment and I never could find comfort in this bed. I do not recommend it
I am not sure if you said it or not, can you only return the top portion?
how heavy is the frame?
Heavy, I wish my husband hadn't bought it, now I'm stuck with it.

You have my same bedroom furniture. Kacey's Denver.😂
Saleman will always lie to you. I was told they will move bed one time . I suppose that one time was when they moved from warehouse to my bedroom

I’m saddened to hear this. I’m moving later today. It’s the very best bed I’ve ever laid in, by far, but I’m wary of my task.
It was easy af lol heavy, hard to get down from the third floor, but the break down and set up were easy as can be.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We are getting one from my MIL and have to move it from her house 😮😊@@siegethompson3194

Not looking for a review, just how to disassemble
Couldn't u just keep them together and move the whole peice?
It would be extremely heavy
