Everybody else would be immediately stopped by the bailiff and arrested if they purposely just got up and left for no reason. This is elitism at it's finest and is completely disgusting.
This is narcissism. He wanted coffee, so he was the most important person in the room and his needs mattered more than anyone else in that courtroom. It was rude, it sent the message he wanted it to send: he does what he wants with no consequences. That was his message. Full stop.

It was arrogant, but not illegal. You don't get arrested for leaving the courtroom. He's not in custody or anything.

Does it matter? He is veing charged with a crime and he is acting like it shouldn't be taken seriously. A woman died and he is more worried about hyping up his reality tv show.

@@larsonfamilyhouse that has been my assumption too this whole time, but I don't know if that has been 100% confirmed. They had a bunch of time period guns and are in the middle of the nowhere. I am sure that would be tempting for a gun fanatic.

The jury wasnt present if you watch the footage. It was so entitled though. He was getting si angry listening to the prosecutor talk about his lies. He was getting super upset and finally bolted.

First he gets a trial. Then if he gets convicted you move on to sentencing.
By the way, the maximum sentence for this offense is 18 months.

OMG! !!! The jury was not in the courtroom yet, the court was on reassess time going through what they would let in or keep out as evidence. Most the time u can get up for bathroom or meds since there is no need for the defendant to be there when he's not in custody and things are between lawyers and the judge, but AB should fire his lawyers for the effups they keep doing.

You never point a firearm at a human being never, any real firearm that is capable of shooting a real bullet needs to be handled just like any responsible person handling any type of firearm, if the firearm was a fake gun something that was impossible to shoot a projectile then this would be different, that gun was a real firearm capable of shooting a real bullet it should be checked by every person handling that gun.
The media is the problem in this country. Alec Baldwin was seen leaving the courtroom and a witness saw him enter the restroom. He was back within minutes of not seconds. However, the title of this video is "Alec Baldwin walks out of his own trial." The title suggests that he walked out of the trial because he was angry or upset. So much for fact based coverage...
He had no reason to point the gun at the person,it was not part of the script

To me, beyond reasonable doubt it such a high standard. Without watching every moment of the trial, it's impossible for me to guess whether the jury is convinced beyond a reasonable doubt.
