During European Open in Tampere you should absolutely taste Tapola's mustamakkara (black sausage) at Tammela Market square (Tammelantori in Finnish) . The best and most famous local dish in Tampere.

I always have Lefse when in norway. It's kinda like a potato tortillas and use in the same way.
Locally cold smoked Salmon is also top tier.

That shower is ridiculously small!! Aren't the fins a taller group? You can't was part where your hands can reach down... you bend over your banging your head for sure!! Good luck Connor in Europe!!
