Dodge Charger / Challenger - Remove the Active Exhaust - INSTALLATION

If you want to remove the active exhaust valves on your Dodge or Chrysler vehicle, you need a valve simulator to prevent the Check-Engine light and diagnostic trouble codes.
Here is the simplest, fully electronic solution! Other options on the market are purely mechanical; require re-using the valves and mounting them to a dummy plate.
Installation:
1: Get under the vehicle and unplug both active exhaust valves.
2: Plug in the Inactive Exhaust modules. Secure in place with a zip-tie.
3: That’s it! You can leave the valves in place if you have a stock system and just want the valves open all the time. Or you can remove them completely - even sell them!
Great for those that:
-want the exhaust valves open full-time
-want to remove or disable “noisy valves” as it is common for them to rattle
-have faulty valves and don’t want the expense of replacing them
-installing aftermarket exhaust and are completely removing the valves
Removes Active exhaust codes:
• U113f left
• U1140 right
•P121B performance exhaust valve
This kit contains two parts - one is the inactive exhaust module, with an automotive-grade microprocessor that communicates with the vehicle to make it think that the valves are installed and functioning properly. The other part is a dummy waterproof connector to keep the second valve’s plug from corrosion.
Works on all systems used in Chargers, Challengers and 300’s from 2015 to present.

Every year I would need to get under my car and fix my valves to clear the light, what a pain in the ass that is. Thank you for making this product, what a time saver.

I like the NEW design, the the 1st gen like the one in this video doesn't last long in rain and snow. i go through an auto car wash and get the underbody spray so it only lasted like 3 months, I take it off because its overheating and wet inside. I since bought the new design but as a precaution I've used a zip lock bag and zip tied it closed so no water will be getting through this time.

I need this like tomorrow… I got a code P121B. Active Exhaust Valve 2 performance/ Replace Exhaust Flap Control Valve…it’s has a little rattle sometimes and I can tell it only coming from the right side pipe like it’s sticking or something…my hat sounds like it has a stuffy noise and can only breath out of one nostril! I believe this kit would help a lot… I don’t mind them being in the open position i need my performance back and that check engine light to come off it’s killing me lol

I have a 2016 Challenger Scat and put these on, and I am still throwing a check engine light. I thought this was supposed to work to get rid of the actuator?
Edit--I went ahead and emailed their support, they helped me from beginning to end. They answered all my questions I had about what to do.

Doesnt work for my 23 challenger RT Is there a way to test them not on the car ???? I unplug the battery erase the two code but the CEL keep poping right after startup … Help can’t stand a brand new car with a orange light in the Dash

Question. My Active valves actuator shorted out due to rain will this fix my problem ? I have a check engine light on and my exhaust sounds like it's rattling. Will this fix my problem or do I have to buy a new set of valves anyway?
This would help with the check engine light but may not solve the rattling sound if it’s a physical issue with the valves

Hello, I will be buying your product soon. But first I have to fix actuator wiring. Previous owner of my charger completely removed the actuator wiring harness. I believe I found where the harness connects under back seat. But I can’t figure out where the wiring routes thru the body to underneath the car. I’m wondering if you could help me out with my issue. Yes, that squeak is the exhaust valve opening and closing (happens to mine) so this will keep the valve open all the time.
Installed a aftermarket exhaust and it throws the P1217 code. Will this delete that check engine light?

Looking to buy Borla S Type exhaust system but does not come with Active exhaust. Will this work in conjunction with it since I will not be using active exhaust??
Exactly. This just tells the car the valve is working as requested by the computer. With this kit, the valves don't even need to be there.

Sir, I have a 2016 Challenger SXT+. Is this compatible? I do not have any issues with my exhaust but would like a louder and stronger system.
I’m pretty sure the V6 exhaust system doesn’t have any valves. You would have to look into getting different mufflers put in or a whole system.
The V6 3.6l engine sounds garbage with any exhaust modifications. Keep it stock or sell and upgrade to a v8

More than likely it would not, but if you have exhaust codes U113F (left), U1140 (right), or P121B (performance exhaust valve) it would clear those
No. Cause this only has to do with the active exhaust. To get rid of your MIL for your cats, you need a tuner to deactivate them, OR try putting spark plug non foulers between your O2 sensor and your O2 bung. It’s the cheaper way, but merely a band aid solution

not working. done it on my Challenger 6.4 2021. installed and throws straight error codes u1140 and u113f. went do a dodge dealership and ask do delete these error codes. first start so far so good, no error. after 2 second start the codes are back again....

Happy new year, these things didnt work for me. So i returnd them. i had also the error code u113f bevor i installed them but it didt help. i think there was a issue with the cable on the active exhaust. but didnt let it check because i sold my car already.@@carlosmerlos1894
