The stories from the original game were pretty dark, which i loved as an edgy teen. The Frozen Throne is all about how villains win, and there wanst even an Alliance campaign. And wow through Cata tried to match that vibe.

If the option had been there to join the scarlet crusade and be hostile towards every other faction or at least lose rep, i stil would've done it. Being a scarlet crusader was always my dream on wow. I had a paladin during original vanilla and dressed him to look like mograine. Later when transmogrification came in cata I turned my paladin, finally into a functioning crusader. Sadly though I didn't enjoy the game anymore as it had steered to far away from the original. So I quit wow. Came back for a bit in 2019 and loved it😂
