But now I see that having a constant vision of what you want and see how you want to live actually works. 3 things I want to achieve is a better health routine, go on trips more, and better my mental health. I’m writing a book I believe in SO much I will definitely self-publish if the traditional publishing route is not an option for me. One of my ultimate dreams is to be a published author (fiction!), specifically a New York bestselling author, so this is something I’m excited about. 2, Finally Moving out and getting a place with my husband! Long overdue. 3, building my business to a certain income so I can quit my 9-5! It’s gonna be a great year ♥️

Since 9/2020 I’ve lost over 230 lbs (had a little regain about 25 lbs) I met the love of my life and got married. A year into marriage we took in a child and now he’s an adult. Life can do a complete 360 in such a short time ❤ stay consistent friends. Here’s what I’m working on in 2025 a fat ass and a flat stomach. I’m getting skin removal surgeries, I’m going to have abs that you can see, I’m going to dig deeper into my macros focusing on protein and fiber first. I will not binge. I will deal with my emotions instead and do something to care for me. I do these things already for me and this year is about consistency. And therapy. Lots of therapy ❤ ah yes and a thriving content creator who inspires other to love themselves. This self-love journey has been a wild ride and I am so glad I chose me first.
My goal for 2025 is to not be in the same place I’m at right now mentally,physically and emotionally 1.lose weight and be healthy 2.get good grades 3.be dependent on me 4.be consistent in everything I do 5.don’t procrastinate just do what ever it is that I’m supposed to be 6. start living alone
Core habits: Drink water when I wake up, workout in the morning before work. Going to the office I wake up at 3:30am, I sleep at least 7-8hours. 3 things to achieve: To understand/enjoy a fruitful prayer life, loving Meal preps (marking down the times to eat), & go on 5 main trails with my dog that’s turning 9 next year.
Poor habits: 1. consistency. Tbh my sciatica affected my consistency because it was debilitating, so instead of being active when I COULD I stopped it all together. 2. Wasting time. The year passed and I could’ve read more and educate myself more in my field and didn’t do so. 3. When I used to work out it would be so long- 2 hours because of the plan I had and the usage of the equipment / lack thereof. sometimes it’s because of me too wanting to ensure my form is perfect 4. Not enough rest.
