Vivien Maitom Thank you for your nice disccusion i learned that obligation arises from agreement and it is broader. The active Subject is the the person who has the power to demand.I also learned that the contract is only one source of obligation ,whatever agreed on the contract and it should be follow. And the law is a source of obligation.

After watching the video I've learned that a contract is a written or verbal agreement of commitment between two parties (bilateral), which means taking legally binding activities that are extremely useful in our daily lives as debtors and creditors. As citizens, we have a lot of obligations and responsibilities, which means we have a legal obligation to do or not do certain things. On what it means to be just and unjust. I've also studied about the four requisites of obligations and how they differ, as well as the many types of obligations, legal obligations, quasi-contracts, delicts, and quadi-delicts.
I've learn obligations is the one private law. It is the body of rules that organizes and regulates the right and duties arising between individual and also I learn contracts typically involves the exchange of goods, service, money, or a promise of any of those.
What i have learned in this video you have rendered sir it can help widen my knowleged about this obligations and contract especially in my course on what you have enumerate the different sources of obligation it can give me ideas how this obligation and contracts is being important for as
Thankyou po sir for discussion. After watching this video i have learned all contracts involve exchanging something that has some value, be it a product, service, or money. Each of the contracting parties has some responsibilities with respect to this exchange. These responsibilities are known as contract obligations. For example, if you enter into a contract to sell a vehicle, you have an obligation to transfer its ownership, whereas the buyer has an obligation to pay you for it. SHANE SIALANA BSBA 3B
What I've learned from this topic are Obligation of Contracts is the responsibility that parties to contracts are required to bear upon entering into legally-binding agreement.
Bernard C Calapuan BSBA-3B As what I have learned from this lecture, is the important and the difference between obligation and Contract under the law. Obligation is a juridical necessity to do or not to do and arises from agreement, and obligation have several sources like laws, contract, quasi contract, delicts and quasi delicts. Obligation also have requisites to be implemented the active, passive, objects, and juridical teis. The different between obligation and Contract is that contract is one of the sources of obligation, while obligation has a lot of sources and wider and browder than contacts. To easily understand the difference between this two is that contract involves two or more parties or bilateral while obligation involves only one or unilateral of both parties only the obligee is responsible to do its specific obligations.
Rayme Flor E Quipanes BSOA-3A Thankyou sir for this lesson which I learned that obligation and construct in Business law are verry important especially for us, a business addministration in the near future it's because it refers to what is legally required of each of the parties involved in a contractual agreement. The law requires individuals who enter into legal agreements to uphold their end of the contract.
Obsid, Maricar / BSBA 3-A Each party has an obligation to follow through with the seal covered in the contract. Contracts should not only cover the basic of what is being exhanged but also the where and how. The terms and conditions of a contract are an important part of the legal agreement that shouldn't be overlooked.
Loover Veloso BSBA 3B I need to broaden up my knowledge about this obligation and contracts and this video discussion helps me learn a lot. As I watched the video lecture I learned that obligation are classified according to the nature of the performance. obligation and contract taught me about the positive aspects of law. I was able to comprehend the various rights we have and the conditions in which we might be able to use them. It is not frightening to study law. It's also not depressing. It is critical to understand your obligations in order to avoid future issues
After viewing this video, it helps me understand the subject about Law and Obligation, gain knowledge and differentiate between contract and obligation. I have learned that as a student and a citizen, our obligation is to obey the rules of law and to be a responsible in any obligations that we may encounter in our daily lives and to the community. I’ve learned that contract is either written or spoken agreement of commitment between two parties (bilateral), which means to take actions that are legally bound that are so useful to our daily lives as a debtor and creditor. As a citizen we have a lot of obligations and responsibilities which means, a juridical necessity to do or not to do. On how to be just and unjust. I’ve also learned the four requisites of obligations and their differences, kinds of obligation, and the obligation of law, quasi contract, delicts and quasi delicts.
JASMIN M. EROJO BSBA3B Hi Sir I learned a lot from your discussion about the difference of contracts and obligation.Contracts as a one source of obligation or bilateral obligation or 2 parties are involved while obligation is unilateral or one side only.About the creditor and debtor when we talk about money and obligee and obligor when we talk about service. With all of this now we will realize how important having a knowledge of obligation and contact.Whether we like it or not time will come we will face into this so it is much better to know more about this and stand on our rights and fight for it.
MYRISH JANE B. SUICO BSOA-3A After watching the video I have learned that : • Obligation as defined in article 1156 as a juridical necessity to give to do or not to do. • There are four requisites of obligation (active subject, passive subject, object, juridical tie)and without any of this there is no obligation created. • Difference between obligation and contract. Obligation is broader because it has a other sources of obligations and obligation is unilateral while contract is bilateral obligation contracts is only one of the sources of obligation. • It was stated in article 1157 the different sources of obligation which : law , contract ,acts or omission punished by law ,quasi delict.
Thank you sir for the expalanation about obligation and contract..All contracts involve exchanging something that has some value, be it a product, service, or money. Each of the contracting parties has some responsibilities with respect to this exchange. These responsibilities are known as contract obligations
The things that I have learned from this topic is that, the obligation is is the moral or legal duty that requires an individual to perform, as well as the potential penalties to the failure to perform. It is also a duty to do whag is imposed by a contract, promise or law. when contractors enter into a lefal agreement, they must fulfill the promises they make in the agreement. Anyone unable to perform the duties required of them in a contract should not sign or enter into an agreement. All contracts have a few basic elements, including offer.
Thank you sir for making this lecture video. From this discussion, i've learned the difference between obligation and contract. It is our obligation to obey the rules and contract if we commit it so that we cannot violate the law and to become a good citizen in our community.
Thank You sir for your explanation about the business law. I'm very thankful because I learned this topic that you are tackled about this subject , because this topic now I already experienced, base in mY experience for the active subject Iam the person who demand to my customers who borrowed mY money or credit in my sari sari store when they should pay their credits. For the juridical I should have to a agreement to them to pay their obligations to me as long as they have a amount of money. Twennie N. Rechilyn T Caminade BSBA-3A I've learned the requisite of obligation as what I experience now, my money barrow of my friend , me is a creditor and friend is a debtor, I am the active who has the power to demand to the barrower wich is my friend , the object is the money and juridical tie is the agreement that we made that my friend have obligation to pay me if she have the amount of money . Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us sir God bless you always ❤️
Maglangit Romneck I have learned to this subject discussion is that the four ingredients of obligation which is the active, passive object and juridical. An obligation is a legal duty or commitment, an act or course of action to which a person is legally bound. For example if i have money then i let it to be borrowed by my friend then i am the creditor and my friend is the obligor. I am the passive type which I can demand how will you pay, is it an installment basis or what.
Good afternoon sir, thank you very much for the information and explaination about the subject business law which is the obligation and contract. I really experienced this topic now because we owe money to our neighbor and we have the obligation to pay every month and there's a contract that it will last within 5 months only. As an obligor, we have the responsibility to pay the said amount per month to avoid any interest and the trust is very important in this financial matters. The money that we have now was being used to renovate the house and as to this moment we are now the active subject because we hire carpenter to rendered services to us to build our house.
I understood the meaning of obligations and contracts after watching the video session. An obligation is a legal duty or commitment, an act or course of action to which a person is legally bound. It is a juridical necessity to give, to do or not to do. A contract is a written or spoken agreement that binds two persons. Obligation is unilateral which only one person is obligated, whereas a contract is bilateral in which two people are involved. Obligation has several sources such as law (a rule issued by the authority), contracts (written or spoken agreement that binds two persons), quasi-contracts, delicts (criminal acts) and quasi-delicts (unintentional crimes). The existence of obligations will be impossible without its four elements, the obligee or creditor, the debtor, an object or the prestation, and the juridical or legal tie. a) an active subject, also known as the obligee or creditor, who has the power to demand the prestation b) a passive subject, also known as the debtor, who is bound to perform the prestation c) An object or the prestation, which is an object or undertaking to give, to do or not to do d) The juridical or legal tie, the vinculum which binds the contracting parties.
Rhea Mae M. Non BSBA-3A In today's legal world obligation refers to the requirement to participate in a certain action because of their agreement to another party or under the law. An obligation can also refer to the writing or instrument by which one party witnesses the contract or agreement Contracts are a part of everyday life, and a knowledge of contract principles will make a student a better informed employee, tenant, customer, passenger, and patient., among other roles.
Jemuel Panganduyon BSOA 3 A I learned in this video is What are our obligations to a person if we have a contract with him for example, just like me I have an obligation to my tenant to pay monthly rent on the house so I am obliged to pay to my tenant when I can't pay the tenant We are obliged to leave because we have a monthly contact
Business law, also known as commercial law or mercantile law, is the body of laws that govern economic relationships between people, whether through convention, agreement, or national or international legislation.Thank you for explaining sir for the better understanding sa amoa tanan.
Haidee Claire Inso BSOA 3A Thank you for this discussion sir in a layman way about obligations and contract. In this way we can educate ourselves about contracts and obligation for our future use in case we encounter this things. No one is above the law, so if ever we have contracts, we must do our obligations to be a better citizen of our country.
I already learned a lot of things. Things that are not only related to the law but also the things that could be useful and can be apply in our daily lives. I learned the obligations general provision, in which an obligation was defined as a juridical necessity to give, to do or not to do. I have learned that in obligation there is a set of rights, the right of a debtor and the right of the creditor. Ive been able to learn and understand the meaning of juridical necessity, the four requisites of an obligation, the kinds of obligation; the real obligation and the personal obligation. I have also learned that obligation arises from law, contracts, quasi contact, delicts, and quasi delicts. I may not mentioned all my learnings here yet i know in myself that i have learned and i am learning on this subject. Thanks for sharing your knowledge sir. God bless po😊😊
Thank you for the information sir, My understanding about this video which is obligation and contract. In this time of pandemic many people experiencing the obligation. Active subject cash is called creditor while in service obliged.Passive subject in cash is debtor while in service is obligor. For example I lent money to my friend. So I am a creditor and my friend is debtor. In service work in the store as sales lady so I am the obligee and the owner of the store is called obligorA contract is a legally binding agreement that defines and governs the rights and duties between or among its parties. for example in cash I have the right to demand when will be the deadline for the payment of credits while in service the worker must work for it so that they can receive salary.
Hi sir this is ANGEL GRACE RABINA BSOA-3A! I have learned alot form this presentation specially in the four (4) requisites active, passive object and vincom juries or the juridical tie are the requisites of an obligation without of this any of this there is no obligation created.
JOHN MARK B. CAPAYOSA BSBA3AN Business Law particularly the obligation and contract is important as it shows how the business law operates. As discussed in the video obligation is a broad topic that talks about the jurisdicial necessity to do, to give or not to do. Obligation has five (5) sources namely ; Law, contracts, Quasi- Contract, Acts or omissions punished by law & Quasi-delicts. Law is when everyone is oblige to pay tax, contract is a source of obligation, Quasi-contract is an obligation is an obligation imposed by law to prevent injust enrichment.Delict is a criminal act, while Quasi-delicts is the act that cause damage or harm to another person. There are also requisite of obligation, requisite is the ingredients of obligation, these are ; (1) Active subjects (the person who has the power to react (2) Passive Subject (the obligor) (3) Prestation (act or doing or not doing something (4) Legal tie ( agreement or consent of 2 parties or more.
Good day sir, this is ANELYN IGNACIO BSOA-3 and this is my simple understanding about this video: This issue has demonstrated to me the need of understanding business law obligations and contracts, particularly if we run a business. Business owners, managers, and other professionals should have a basic understanding of business law in order to make better decisions. There is a large body of law that governs business, just as there is a large body of law that governs people. These standards are necessary for businesses, just as they are for people, to define unacceptable behavior, create clarity and stability, protect the public, and provide a means for firms to resolve conflicts. A business can do practically everything a human can do for the duration of its existence, and we need laws to regulate this.
I learned about this subject is in business have laws and it is very important because if they install a unit from the company they sign a contract of payment and they have obligations to pay thier monthly payment .
lesson I learned in this subject, Oblicon opened my eyes to the good side of law. I was able to understand the different rights we have and the circumstances wherein we could benefit from them. It would also protect us from the scammers and liars who can defraud and take advantage of us.
Hello Sir Good evening, thank you so much for the video lecture.I learned about the obligation and contract,an obligation is to give or not to give.and how an obligation is created.it is by an active subject which means the person to demand or the one who being ask for a credit, the passive subject or the creditor, the object or the legal ties or connection.and the agreement, the connection that being created, without any of this there is no obligation.the contract is one source of obligation while obligations have other sources like the laws, contracts,Quasi contract,Acts punished by law and Quasi delicts. The example of law is something that obliged, like paying the tax or a support of the parent to thier child.contract is a source of obligation, the Quasi contract is an adjust engagement or an obligation to return of something example if sobra ang bayad.an authorized management, the acts punished by law and the Quasi delects.the Quasi delicts is an obligation in prison or to pay the medical treatment.Thank you po.
Keycee Amba Dael BSBA3B I learned that Business law obligation and contract refers to what is legally required of each of the parties involved in a contractual agreement. The law requires individuals who enter into legal agreements to uphold their end of the contract. In business contracts and other types of contracts, one party has the right to pursue legal action against the other if he or she breaches the agreement. It is important to business it needs an obligation to pay and contract and obligation derived from law are not presumed only those expressly determine in this code or in special law demandables or obligation arising from contracts have the force of law.
I've learn that contract is basically an agreement between two or more people where one obligates undertaken promises to another or the other to deliver something to give something or to do something even not to do something. I've also learn that obligation and contact is very big deal it help us to understand our right as a creditor and debtor. That are not only related to the law but also the things that could be useful and can be apply in our daily lives. As a business students it could give more knowledge about the rights in terms of agreement.
Thank you sir I've learned obligation is a duty to perform to a term or condition. A contract is an agreement between parties where both parties receive something of value called consideration. Consideration can be anything that you believe to have value.
Sheila J. Casuga BSOA3A Good day sir . Thank you for discussing us in simpliest way so that we can easily understand this lesson. In this video I've learned a lot. I've learned that obligation is a juridical necessity to do , to give or not to do. It is also a broader because it has other sources. It is also an unilateral obligation meaning only one has the obligation. For example you borrowed a money . You have the obligations to pay and you are called us a passive subject you are the debtor and obligor if it is a services. The person nga imung g utangan is the active subject . He/she has the power to demand . He/she is the creditor and obligee if it is a services. Contract has only one source of obligation . It is a bilateral obligation meaning there are two parties involved. For example as an employee we sign a contract to do our responsibilities and duties and our employer has obligated to pay or give our salary.
Thank you sir for discussing briefly and slowly. I have learned to this subject discussion is that the four ingredients of obligation which is the active, passive object and juridical. And also contact are the only one unlike to obligation it is broader than the contract which is the contract is by lateral. We need to pursue our study to this subject for to know what are the obligation mean for this subject Business Law. It is one of the subject that can help us how to expand our likes nor our want to do someday when we are a business woman or business man. Ivy M. Bunahos BSOA-3A
Thank you sir!❤️ I've learned a lot about this vedio. Obligation and contracts is important in our every life. Contracts are valuable in our daily lives. I understood the meaning of obligations and contracts after watching the video session. An obligation is a legal duty or commitment, an act or course of action to which a person is legally bound. It is a juridical necessity to give, to do or not to do. A contract is a written or spoken agreement that binds two persons. The existence of obligations will be impossible without its four elements, the obligee or creditor, the debtor, an object or the prestation, and the juridical or legal tie.
a) an active subject, also known as the obligee or creditor, who has the power to demand the prestation
b) a passive subject, also known as the debtor, who is bound to perform the prestation
c) An object or the prestation, which is an object or undertaking to give, to do or not to do
d) The juridical or legal tie, the vinculum which binds the contracting parties.

Business Law particularly the obligation and contract is important as it shows how the business law operates.
I've learned that obligation is a duty to do what is imposed by a contract promise, or law.

I learned that Business law obligation and contract refers to what is legally required of each of the parties involved in a contractual agreement.
Thank you for this lecture sir , I've learned what the difference between obligation and contract.

Good day sir .

Thank you sir!❤️ I've learned a lot about this vedio. Obligation and contracts is important in our every life. Contracts are valuable in our daily lives. Contacts tell people how to act and ensure that a person receives what he or she thought he or she would received in exchange for some action. ❤️❤️❤️
Obligations and contracts are interrelated. Each party to a contract is legally bound to perform certain duties.
I've learn about how things really work behind the laws.
Thank you sir for the lecture.
