Hello po ATTY.gusto ko lang po itanong,kasi po napasok po ako sa isang kasunduan na tinatawag na SANGLA,UPA.30k po yung sangla upa ko sa aking bahay po at may interest na 2500 pesos kada buwan.Naka notaryo po ang aming kasunduan at nakasaad po doon na sa loob ng 2 buwan at hindi po ako nakapagbigay ng interest po ay kailangang lisanin ko po ang aking bahay.NHA owned po at relocatis po ako at nakalagay po sa NHA na bawal ibenta ang bahay.Kung sakali po na makapag bigay na po ako ng interest ng mahigit pa sa principal hal.40k na po pero hindi ko pa naibalik ang 30k na principal,pwede ko na po bang ipakiusap na istop ko na ang hulog ng interest at ibalik na sa akin ang aking papeles ng bahay?Maraming salamat po ATTY.
