May question po ako. About this one below. About contracts: In the Disney's The Little Mermaid, Ariel was made by Ursula to sign a contract. a. Applying our laws, do you think that there is a valid contract between Ariel and Ursula? b. Was Ariel in breach of contract with Ursula?
Kasi base sa art. 1305 a contract is a meeting of minds between persons whereby one binds himself but what if Ariel or the other party is still minor. Its still a valid contract?
I am in a situation na confused po kasi for me sa other side of my mind, it is still valid however its voidable but my other pov, it is not valid though Ariel is unemancipated minor under article 1327 but on other hand Contract is valid when two parties has discussed and agreed to a specific topic or thing.
Ma'am I have question po regarding article 1312 Kahit po ba binili ni beauty Yung land in good faith, hindi po niya alam na nakamortgage Yung land, can ganda still go after beauty po and foreclose the land??
