    Yo!👊 I tried this workout today and by the time I got too the finnisher my arms were shaking during the push ups!! The last set I couldn't more than 3 push ups! Overall I loved it!!!💪

    Great work out and usual, what I love about how you work out is that u not only build muscle,u also build endurance. Muscle don't mean anything if you run out of gas. You only look good on a shirt..... old man willie for sure!!!

    Just finished the workout. I felt like it was a bit too heavy on the shoulders and light on the chest. I'm one whose chest lags behind shoulders a bit and I typically like to do more chest work on my push days and a little less shoulders. The shoulders are worked out much more indirectly through chest work than the chest is through shoulder work so I probably won't be revisiting this workout again.
    The finisher was pretty brutal though!
