I test drove once - and was impressed. Then I drove the MY20.75 for a 2nd time and I was left wanting more from the 2.0 bi-turbo engine. Everything on the Raptor was great - tyres, bucket seat, suspension, etc. For the price I think it’s not reasonable to have to chip the engine with an after market solution. I think the truck looks cool - very muscular but I’ll need a better engine before I part with the purchase price. Great video though.

Sarap ihataw sa lubak at lalo na sa highway di ka ma-iilang o matatakot kasi sobrang stable di mo namamalayan 150kmph ka na pala.

I am an Industial engineer and also a partime mechanic and used to work at Honda cars Makati and Meineke and New Jersey Transit in New Jersey. Mas gusto ko itong R. Raptor kesa dun sa 2013 RAV4 ko sa US and HONDA Civic ko d2 sa Pilipinas. Walang panama ibang local pick-ups and SUVs dito sa Raptor. Ito gastusan mo para mas gumara talagang sobrang ganda. Yung Hilux gastusan mo gaganda lang ng konti minsan baduy pa dating. Kung malawak lang gate ng garahe ko pinabihisan lo na ito sa Autobot kaso di na kakasya sa garahe ko.

I have a 2019 and it looks nice but has one major problem . The 4 cylinder diesel engine is slow very slow , to be fair all pick up trucks in the Philippines suffer from the same problem . Both My Raptor and Navarra are painfully slow. Hopefully 2022 will bring the v6 biturbo gasoline engine to the Philippines. I understand fuel cost are lower with the small engines but i"m not concerned about fuel cost. I rather have something that does not put me to sleep when i accelerate. Yes the looks both interior and exterior are the best out of all available pick ups in the Philippines but thats about it.

You guys are lucky in the Philippines. Ford still hasn't released the Ranger Raptor here yet. Perhaps with the Bronco release We'll see a U.S. spec version. U.S. spec Rangers can barely squeeze a 32" tall tire in the front without wheel well surgery, pretty sure it's U.S. crash standards. Glad you all can get out and about a little more. Stay safe.
If I were the buyer of Ranger Raptor I will wait till 2022-2023. All new Ford Everest, Ford Ranger and Ford Ranger Raptor new facelift and engine. 2.3L ecoboost petrol Hybrid for Everest and Ranger. For Ranger Raptor 3.0 V6 turbo diesel more power and torque.
Fuel consumption is not an issue if u want a raptor. So a 3.0 engine will be be the best thing ford must do. A 2 liter engine will be worn out faster in a long run.

Mountain bike riders specifically Downhill discipline know the worth of FOX suspensions while riding rugged terrain. That is why with the suspension alone its a good buy.
We have one. We are using it for offroading, overlanding, some films. It is doing really good job out of main roads, on mud, grass, gravel, sand... We haven't tried flying yet, but I hope in future we can have take off too :)
Correct! Real facts. You can see many fords in the city than in offroads. Ford has a shit transmission and only for looks. They are only good in city driving. For heavy duty offroad options are dmax, triton and hilux. For me I'll choose dmax!
Hi Reygan, Can you bring up my concern to your Ford Ranger Raptor interior cab designer or to your management team that need to consider, it has to be having a "handle grip pillar" for the back passenger. This handle grip pillar is to support the passenger attempting to getting in/out in safety manner. Remember the ground clearance of this monster truck is quietly high. New Hilux/Triton/Navarra Ute are having it already. So why this new version of Ford Ranger Raptor 2020/21 is null at all? Hopefully the new batch of this unit coming early next year it has this handle grip pillar. Can you help me to suggest this matter to your management team as early as you can be? Thank you...
Mine is almost 10 months now it still tough and trouble free. I love to drive it on rugged roads at high speed and its just like nothing. So fast and very comfortable compare to my old Hilux. I love to drive it every day because its lighter to steer than a sedan. This Raptor is the best car I ever have, cant ask for more.
Yes, there are raptors in the US, and they make the Filipino version look lack luster. But Raptor here is better than what you are usually offered the Philippines. Towing and load are the same as a Multicab, LOL. However Raptors are designed for BAJA racing and look cool, however not very useful for the daily needs of trucks. But don't take me wrong, it's a great truck to drive they are a lot of fun, very macho and look cool to drive around.

For me, there are 2 issues with this truck. 1. Fuel efficiency. The best highway fuel consumption i got is only around 8 kms/liter. 60 to 100 kph speed (nlex, sctex, tplex). 2. Acceleration is somewhat slow maybe because of its gross weight at tire size. It needs 2,500 rpm from 0 to get the desired acceleration.

Mine is a black 2019 R. Raptor, just underwent 10,000 km check or maintenance and I paid P9,400 pesos including parts and oil in Makati Ford. Not bad, since u only bring it once a year. They also upgraded my electronic, I forgot the acronym they use for this, but it has something to do with its electronics. Fuel consumption, I have no complaints, since diesel is now cheper. 8km to 9km per liter mostly city driving. I love and enjoy driving it everyday. My wife likes to have one also because she love the red color and the light steering wheel of this truck or pick-up.
The previous pricing of disruptor is around 2 million pesos but because of depreciation now it's 1 million but still expensive for what it is now a i used pickup truck
F150 Raptor too big for narrow streets? Plenty of commercial box trucks fit just fine on Metro Manila side streets. And now the F150 made it to the Philippines, wonder if the REAL Raptor will make it here.
Durability and reliabity all depends on the owner: how the car is maintained, and what type of use and abuse the car goes through. With proper care, cars and trucks can last a long time.
@@Krystian10 The Philippines doesn’t need more horsepower since there’s limited roads which can be used for speeding and it is always traffic... besides, pick up trucks are not meant for horsepower but rather torque in which 500nm is good for their class of pick ups
@@AlfredD2 I have 2019 Raptor and a 2018 Navara in Palawan . Yes the roads are less then ideal that's why I have 2 pick ups and did not import my jaguar f-type R . Still no reason for not having a 6 cylinder engine in either truck. Why not have the option of buying a f150 raptor or even a v6 tacoma trd . The 4cylinder diesels are underpowered . At least here in Palawan you need something that can overtake when asked to do so since the passing zones are limited and getting stuck behind a overloaded truck,trike and whatever else is doing 30kph is not a good time.

That's why the Ranger FX4 Max makes more sense, a workhorse truck that can off road like the Raptor but haul heavier loads

@@Krystian10 The Philippines doesn’t need more horsepower since there’s limited roads which can be used for speeding and it is always traffic... besides, pick up trucks are not meant for horsepower but rather torque in which 500nm is good for their class of pick ups
@@AlfredD2 I have 2019 Raptor and a 2018 Navara in Palawan . Yes the roads are less then ideal that's why I have 2 pick ups and did not import my jaguar f-type R . Still no reason for not having a 6 cylinder engine in either truck. Why not have the option of buying a f150 raptor or even a v6 tacoma trd . The 4cylinder diesels are underpowered . At least here in Palawan you need something that can overtake when asked to do so since the passing zones are limited and getting stuck behind a overloaded truck,trike and whatever else is doing 30kph is not a good time.
