Well, i gotta admit my dominate hand does feel more pliable! A couple of these i knew from a previous job as a welder. But those others excersizes made a difference for me. Thankyou, Mike❣️
How did you know!!! This was the best Mikey. How often should we do these? Everyday vs 3 times a week, etc. I really need to strengthen the hands and arms. Old age ya know!! lol
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Excellent work as always. Someone watched me for several minutes doing this with you and said, Ask Mikey to add in sit-ups too. If it's him you'll actually do your sit-ups. hahahahaha
Wonderful!! Thank you, Mikey, for these excellent exercises. They’ve helped my hands cramp up less, and they’ve lessened the pain in my shoulders. Like many older people, I have arthritis, and it’s wonderful having exercises that are easy and that really help.😊
Thank you Mikey! It is so important to exercise and stretch your hands and arm muscles. I noticed my wrist was getting sore a while back and I started doing the 'carpal tunnel' exercises and stretches my mother taught me. It helps so much! Especially after a long time of crocheting or knitting. I also use a stress ball/grip strength ball and focus on each finger in the grip. It helps stretch and adjust my grip so my hand and fingers don't cramp up.
I am going to get the testing done to confirm carpal tunnel and so thank you for posting that the exercises do help with the numbness! I refuse to allow carpal or anything to prevent me from crocheting! (Of course doctor approval). 👍. Thanks Mikey! ❤️
Ohhh thank you. I've been doing A LOT of crocheting for donations and for other reasons have problems with those areas you showed us. I'll do them. I can really feel it afterwards.
Mikey please do no use AI generated images in your video thumbnails... its a huge waste of water to run generative AI programs and I'm sure you have plenty of other REAL images of your creations you could use instead ❤

Boy I wish I knew this years ago. Thanks… I am saving this one 🦋
Isn't is amazing how the simplest things can bring relief? Thank you for sharing!

I don't understand why water is involved? Can you explain this more. I'm curious?
