Stock Xiaomi HyperOS here. The best feature in my opinion are the floating windows. They're useful when I'm playing a game or watching a video and I can open an app without it covering the whole screen.
I love TouchWiz and One UI but dang the Samsung Experiance (the UI we had after TouchWiz and before one UI) on S6-S8 was beautiful. The system wide themes just made the UI look so good.
I started using nova launcher in 2016 and have been using it daily ever since. I tried other launcher but always came back to nova. The only other launcher I regularly use is "console launcher" basically a console interface great for use with a controller and great customizability as well.

One ui is my favourite android ui. If I have to switch miui or hyper os i'd use an iphone themed launcher. And if I have to switch to pixel experience i'd use Niagara launcher.
I agree on Nova being the Best. I use Lynx Launcher since 3 Months now and I love it even more because it's simpler yet all Features I need are included.
I'm using OneUI on samsung a02s,a very low end device, but wow it's really, really smooth considering the specs! Just switched to nova launcher with some moody icon packs and a wallpaper
I use smart launcher because I like to use it like my PC: have the most used apps on the home screen, and just type if I want another app. And I want the Icon Customizability. My phone came with an AWFUL outdated version of Quickstep. Every icon is forced to be round, and if it isn't round already, it's just in there. The launcher icon isn't a cutout of the app icon a lot of the time, but just a tiny PNG in a circle.

I prefer Touchwiz actually. Samsung used to feel premium, and unique compared to others. Now, its comparable, albeit still pretty
