I love this!! It hits so many areas of the core. My favorite was the forearm plank with knee- never seen that done before. You also motivate me to keep going even when it gets hard, thank you!!

Just what was needed-thank you! Still in ankle brace so no walking, jumping, need something to work my abs this was perfect!
You always throw in some upper body...seated strength moves would work.😉❤️ How much longer for the brace?
