Thanks for putting this video out! I got a Couple of questions for the guys What type of training do y’all do for push races? Do y’all ever hit a mental/physical wall during a race? What do y’all do to overcome it? Last but not least! What setup/setups do y’all ride for pushing? Thanks!
It depends on the race, sometimes I'm in a lot of pain and I want to stop but I kinda just push forward and never stop. Other races, you find a rhythm and they feel very chill

Everyone's training differs, my favorites to go faster are pushing uphill and pushing with a weights/resistance, ie; a heavy bag
