I sent this Martin to Caleb for the neck re set and the work as always was impeccable. I’ve been following Caleb for a few years now. I’ve repaired instruments myself for over 30 years, and Caleb’s work is of the highest order.
I have been following your work ever since you came to help Jerry Rosa, you have fantasist skills, I believe you could fix just about anything, enjoy watching.
Good job on the neck reset, the platter spinner is awesome, if I didn't already have one I'd get one of them. Can't beet good vinal, unless it's the old 78s.
Regarding numbering those sanding squares, you can still mark them like you did previously, just put cellophane tape over the numbers. That should keep them from wearing off.💡
Good question. No, if you notice, in the many videos you have watched, a good many (if not most) of the cracked tops, have had their pick guards held on with adhesive film. That film is very strong and does not stretch easily, when held between two surfaces. 😁✌🖖

Great job as usual Caleb. Loved the spot. In my day, we called them recorde players. 😂
Nice job, Caleb: love these mahogany Martins.

You did a real nice job, looks great.
Good for another 76 years! Nice job!
That came back together very nicely, great job Caleb!
Well done!
I usually fast forward through sponsered bits, but that was pretty entertaining. Great job all around
❤❤❤❤❤
Nice work Caleb. It looks great!
Sheets of veneer on hand would be good.
If the pick guide was shrinking causing the crack in the top, does using adhesive instead of glue prevent such a thing, in future?

nobody wants sponsored segments that have absolutely no relevence to guitar teching.
Nobody wants your unkind and pointless opinion, and yet…😕
