Technically it's in "Lake Nona area" since its on the east side of narcoossee road 32832, not "Lake Nona Proper" 32827.. but yes on Lake Hart, with acreage, high-end builder construction... i'd say it's a MULTI-million dollar home :)

It’s nice to know that you can get that much space in a home near Lake Nona. I love that house and video and the views . the outside shower is not my favorite feature lol.

haha yes Lake Nona 32827 has really come up in price- where we live in Laureate Park the nicer homes are $375/sq foot or more. Getting a "view" out the back of your home has become harder to find as well. But still excited to see Lake Nona continue to grow.

Iam worried about alligators when living by a lake.

Alligators 🐊 are in nearly every pond and lake of central Florida, but they stay away from humans and aren’t aggressive unless provoked or during mating season. Some of my clients on lakes have installed fences to create more piece of mind.
Lake hart is known for professional water skiers and wakeboarders

In the South every body of fresh water (and even some brackish water) you should assume there is a gator, even in retention subdivision ponds. . That is how we play it safe.
