    yo how come the likes are more than the views?

    • @PassionforSound
      @PassionforSound  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This has happened on a few recent videos - always the contentious topics like cables or differences between digital-only devices like streamers. I can only assume it's someone getting cranky and trying to cause problems.

    • @PassionforSound
      @PassionforSound  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      No. Not Botting and I've already addressed this on another post here. Whatever is causing the weird activity has also occurred on other recent videos on apparently contentious topics. Unfortunately, I can only assume that someone who is getting heated about me discussing cables is trying to disrupt the channel with bot attacks. TH-cam is quick to cull any fake bots and there is no benefit at all to my channel. In fact, it just serves to mess up my analytics and make them useless for a week or two.

      @@PassionforSound Glad to hear it. While I don't agree with some of your content, I appreciate the effort and time it takes to put together.

  • @realegt
    @realegt 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +35

    @PassionforSound Yet again, the like count is way too high. You have more likes than views. Either you or Effect Audio are buying likes to game to algorithm. If it's you, stop before you destroy your reputation. If it's them, you should call them out, flag the video for their attempt to manipulate, and stop working with a company shady enough to do that.

    • @PassionforSound
      @PassionforSound  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      As I said in your other comment about this issue, the problem has been flagged and it has also occurred on videos on other topics (i.e. no Effect Audio involvement). Beyond that, I have no insight as to the cause, but I would prefer it didn't happen too as it does me no favours (fake likes and subscribers are all removed within a couple of days) age messes up the relevance of my channel analytics.

    • @andrewkateb
      @andrewkateb 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Do you have proof of this??? I would be very worried you may be up for a libel suit for publicly accusing people of this. What is your problem here? It sounds like a personal vendetta against @passion for sound which is just nasty and vindictive……

      And it seems you are a serial offender. Maybe seek some counseling?

    • @realegt
      @realegt 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @andrewkateb lol, I have no vendetta. I am a subscriber or I wouldn't have even noticed. He replied and said he has no idea and I'll take him at his word.
      The "proof" is documented on reddit, which I suspect is where a lot of other commenters came from too. There are two documented instances where there were way more likes than views. Even with TH-cam delay, it's completely unlikely to be that given the degree of difference that has been documented. Anecdotally, I've checked in and have seen the same thing happen here on other videos.
      Maybe it's haters. Maybe it's brands. Maybe it's Passion. No one can say.
      What I *will* say is that he always struck me as an honest guy, which is what made seeing this multiple times surprising and alarming.

    • @andrewkateb
      @andrewkateb 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@realegt ok. And yes, I agree he is an absolutely honest guy who would NOT be doing this. I would put money on someone doing this to discredit him. I know he accepts publicly that he will be loved and hated but people need to get absolute proof before accusing anyone of anything these days, or pure muckraking takes over which is not fair.

    • @PassionforSound
      @PassionforSound  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      No, there's zero benefit for the cable company and this has happened on other recent videos on other topics (i.e. nothing to do with that company) recently. My guess is it's someone who's getting cranky about certain topics like cables and digital devices (e.g. streamers) being discussed as influencing the sound.

      @realegt 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

    • @PassionforSound
      @PassionforSound  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I can only assume that someone who gets really heated about me reviewing cables is trying to attack the channel and have it blocked somehow. Each time I have posted a video like this recently, I've had a massive spike in bot subscribers and this kind of jump in likes that aren't in line with views (but only on those videos). I've reported it to TH-cam and they trim the bots within a couple of days. It adds no benefit to me and completely screws my channel analytics so I can assure you that I'm not doing it and I can't see why Effect Audio would either.

      I didn't compare to the stock cable because it's not a common enough IEM for that to be meaningful to most people. I can say though that the stock cable is quite similar to the Fusion 1 in tonality, but without the same level of separation and perhaps the Fusion 1 is a touch smoother, but I haven't done detailed comparisons with the stock cable to be 100% certain

  • @MaZEEZaM

    I think i might buy the Code 24C cable, if i can get a suitable connection for the IE600's. Currently I'm using the Sennheiser IE 600 which i find incredibly comfortable and fit in my ears perfectly but ive had a lot of connection issues with the stock cable and need to replace it. Separate from this, i would happily spend a couple of thousand Aussie dollars on new, better IEMš but from what ive seen so far, they all look far more bulky and uncomfortable than the Sennheiser. As a comparison, in my ears right now, i have the Meze Audio RAI PENTA. Those to my ears have better sound than the IE 600 but they aren't anywhere near as comfortable or as well fitting than the Sennheiser's. I don't particularly want to spend $2,000+ AUD on new IEM's (I cant go out to get custom fit designs) that are less comfortable than the $1,200+ ones or whatever the IE 600 cost at the time of release. Having said all that, can Anyone possibly suggest high end IEM's that are Natural or warm sounding, preferably with more bass if its possible without a floor-standing subwoofer than either the IE600 or RAI PENTA ? Thanks

    Question - which version of Miranda did you use? On Qobuz there is a "CD" quality and an higher resolution (24bit/96kHz) version. The former seems a bit better sounding to me - particularly when the band kicks up the volume at about 48 seconds. It is more "dimensional" and has more space around various instruments. The high rez seems more 2D and more parts are hard panned left/right.

      We all know that with eq you can't make a 20usd IEM like the zero2 sound like a 3500usd IEM like the radon6. How do you measure that appart from price? There are things that frequency response or thd graphs don't convey. Just try it! If you can't hear a difference, you are lucky because you'll save money. If you do, however, then you are also lucky because you now have options to enjoy your music more. Why is that so hard to accept for so many people? Clearly, the cable on its own won't completely retune the IEM, it's subtle, and with cheapo IEMs the difference is definitely not audible. But try the high end stuff at a store. You might be surprised!

    • @shamelessplace11
      @shamelessplace11 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      You also need to remember that the signal from your music device must travel through this cable to get to your IMs degradation in that cable poor cable utilization will cause degradation in your music The higher the quality of the cable the easier it is for that electrical signal to travel up it

    • @PassionforSound
      @PassionforSound  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Anyone with an engineering background would hopefully know that materials in every field have improved over time and that almost nothing in science is fixed in stone, but is always incrementally improving through innovation and further studies. Why do you expect that cables are immune to these same principles?

    • @shamelessplace11
      @shamelessplace11 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@PassionforSound you sir are exactly correct!! Metallurgy has come a long way. Electrical impulses travel along the best path always. The better the path the less resistance it meets, and the less resistance needed to push the signal. Using a poor cable in this instance will cause the signal transformer to fail in certain points due to microscopic fractures in the metal strand. The signal impulses will be degraded as the length of the cable expounds the signal loss. The worse the cable make up, coupled with length of cable will cause serious impedance loss and therefore signal degradation. In summation, the better the cable the better the signal can travel. It's like you driving your car in a bumpy dirt road we're both going to the same point yet I'm on a smooth highway who's going to get there faster who's going to have the best travel going there it would be me

      @masterazlan6999 number of wires is no substitute for wire gage which leads back to ergonomics. Everyone who had a Code 23 wanted a more ergonomic version and the 24C is that, but unfortunately limited to 500 units. The 24 is just a continuation of a headphone cable with iem terminations. For those with CIEM's it's not that bad with the weight of those cables but there's no chance they fit comfortably into the manufacturers circle cases requiring an aftermarket case or installation and removal/wrapping for travel.
      Regardless, I'm not sure what your response has to do with PW models or Liquid Links particularly in response to the coaxial codes.
