It's my life and I'm worth the effort. I have every day of my life to accomplish my goals. Thanks for your encouraging video story.

Most refreshing and inspiring health and fitness channel on TH-cam.. been out of the gym for 3 years now, running, hiking, outdoor calisthenics, yoga, loving every minute of it!
This hit home for me. I’ve been dealing with the same issue of dislocating my shoulder more times than I can even remember at this point... at least 30 and it’s made it so hard for me to want to keep pursuing movement but I love it too much to not try and progress at skills. To hear the exact story and see you training so hard makes me confident in my journey. Keep up the warriors way my guy!
find out how you dislocated your shoulder which position it happened then do a rotation exercise with it starting with a light weight and build up, and you wont dislocate it again i'm pretty sure. I would do it with arm above head, and also with arm out at 90 degrees like you are throwing these seem to be the most dangerous positions
I run barefoot and it cured my plantar fasciitis. It was the skin contact with rocky surfaces, rough asphalt that corrected my landing and awareness. The foot senses and is the best teacher. I completed a marathon in merrell vapor gloves at 52, not the same compared to completely barefoot. But I trained when I could and finding time to train was challenging. I often ran home 16km from work and ran at night or in the morning just to get the basic km minimum. I only wanted to finish the marathon. I did. It was an amazing accomplishment. But only true barefoot hiking, going around the neighborhood, and running, cured a lot of my foot problems. I also take cold showers all year. I think about taking a hot or warm shower but I am stubborn I think, and choose the challenge that is also good for our skin, and immune system. There are other benefits as well. I stick to the cold showers even in winter with colder water running through the pipes. I also ride my commuter bike to work and back refusing to use car or public transportation or car pooling. The commute is 10 miles each way. I work shifts 😪 and I ride in the rain. I got used to the commute after a week or two. I enjoy the stars at night. The commute and production job is new. It cuts into running and the shifts are difficult but difficult is only a state of mind. Im definitely going to do more of the ankle strengthening exercises. I can squat pretty well but I need to work on a stiff right shoulder.
I can relate to it. I was diagnosed with hyperglycemia and high triglycerides. I literally had no energy to lift weights. I have lifted weights for last 18 years. I didn't want to lose muscles but still get healthy and started bodyweight training and stumbled upon this channel and these blokes have really transformed my world. I got healthy practicing calisthenics and got rid of high triglycerides and hyperglycemia.
Love your style man. Very authentic! My shoulder dislocated for about 30 times, doing similar exercises since 2 years. For me feeling good is better than looking good. In the end you will get both 😊 Thank you so much for your honest words, freedom is a state of mind. So true, we have to choose freedom. Keep on going brother, peace out to everyone.
I find your videos to be really inspiring. Primal movement is the result of many different things coming together: courage, philosophy, positive choice, patience, mental control, breathwork, creativity, etc... there is always a great take away from your videos.
What a great inspiration. I dislocated my shoulder when I was 3 or 4 years old, and that shoulder is weaker than the other one still at age 40+. I have decided to pay extra attention and effort to my weaker shoulder and make it great one!!
