- What is going on guys today i visited HMP Hull nice prison nice location shame cant be said about the staff who seem to think its ok to try and infringe somebodys humam right! hope you enjoy the video guys
Some education for the auditor. The prison officers are responsible for the security of the prison. Under the law they have powers on the entirety of the prison property. They have more powers than normal security and do not require a SIA card.
That’s what he said. He said they weren’t security guards because if they were they’d have SIA cards. You weren’t listening. He asked if they had security and they said no.
prison officers have the same powers as constable...when on duty...they have warrant card.

AY was saying that they weren't security as they didn't have SIA badges when in actual fact they don't need SIA badges because they aren't third party security. They are Prison Officers and part of their role is security. Adrin Tait is spot on.
Don't step over the line , because there are plenty array of different employees ready to bust your arse if you do ..in the mean time keep up the entertainment and good work ,. Here's one people/ viewers may find very interesting, go find the over enthusiastic parking meter readers, themselves doing illegal thing's .

Theres a guy whos calling these officers 'muppets' but the main thing? the officer telling you you shouldn't be in the car park at the beginning is actually a really nice guy ive been in and out of Hull I won't say his name out of respect for him I remember once a prisoner smoking heroin off a pie tin and stopped breathing had aluminium poisoning and he tried resusitating him and sat with him for 3 days in hospital unfortunately they couldn't bring him back and had to switch his machines off but honestly people say all screws are wankers and this that and the other don't get me wrong there are a few like in any walk of life or any profession but he is a really decent bloke anyway I thought the food in Hull was bad until I went to humber fuckinell it's baaaad 🤣

What a nice postie. Interesting information about Royal Mail. Thought the guy in charge was ok. Some of the others were a bit thuggish. They do a difficult and necessary job but aggressive bullying surely isn’t the way to go, just causes more issues. As auditor details it led to riots in 1976. Great to get the background well done.

Prison officers have the same powers as a PC when their on duty. I'm afraid they're allowed handcuffs, batons, CS, and can use them. They can even arrest and detain👍

You need to ask the question, if you [prison officer] found one of your inmates had shinned over the wall and was where you are standing now, would they have escaped?
I.e a leading question as to inside or outside the prison. You can film outside, not inside

However ask that "STUPID" question and what can they say? They would arrest any prison found where the camera man is, because its "OUTSIDE" the prison. So from their very statement that's the cameraman is outside, they screw their argument about filming inside.

I worked at Winson Green as a contractor in the mid 80,s building their "new" remand center.The original building itself was victorian excess in build terms and arcitecture.The original guard tower that went with our build (Wimpey Construction) was such a waste.

Former HMP Hull prison officer Mark Scott, 34, targeted women he met on dating sites and nights out.
He was convicted of nine counts of rape and one attempted rape at Hull Crown Court last month
After sentencing, Humberside Police said Scott was "a vile and abhorrent sex criminal" who tried to "wriggle out of his perverted crimes".

Hi A U, this one gets off to a good start, the first encounter was with yet another twerp who does not understand that the ownership of the property is not relevant!, if it is obviously open to the public then it is open!, even if there are gates if the gates are open they are open! that implies access in the event of any dispute about this it is only a judge who can determine the law.
The same applies to the next two muppets!, we live in the forlorn hope that at some point the management of these places will grasp the nettle and overcome their own prejudices to start training staff properly.
It is not very long before more of them have a go, tell you that they have called the police you tell them that the police have no powers over trespass but that does not penetrate, as you suggest the operation of some brain cells would be helpful,
In the middle one of them accuses you of being there solely to antagonise them!. They are obviously unable to tell the difference between being inside the prison walls and outside on the curtilage.
You stand there at the gates winding them up!, they can't find any way to keep you quiet just stand there as a gang. blethering on about 'crown property', half the country is 'crown property'.
