@bumblejennybee88 Thanks, jenny, wind was blowing people over. Apparently, temp went down to -1 at the summit jets, were a nightmare to film they were just too quick 👍
@bumblejennybee88 Thanks, jenny. That coat didn't stand a chance against that wind. Luckily, they pretty much followed each other, so I'd miss the first couple but get the rest👍

Nice one Rob...try the route from Borrowdale next time, it's far superior, you might fall in love with it...great to get to the top..looked pretty quiet too.
@atrampinthehills.841 if that's the corridor route, I wanted to go that way, but we were pushed for time as we had plans to wild camp in the dales on the way back down, we've both said we'd go back and go at it a different way, I kinda expected it to be loads busier 👍
It's a few years since I've been up Scafell Pike. I remember it was busy, the world and his wife were up there and it was filthy because people left all their rubbish up there (and went to the toilet as well)- disgusting. Hope your visit was better! The views from there are spectacular😄
@carriehikes Thanks, carrie, nowhere near as busy as we thought it would have been. There were only odd bits of rubbish, so compared to the peaks, it was pretty much spotless. Views were amazing 👍

I'm pretty certain the Bobcat wouldn't have stood up to that wind , and it looked a little uneven on the summit 🤣
