That is one happy boy! Two silly names came to mind as I watched him....1st was Scooter as he was scooting all over that tank during filming. The 2nd is Flash as the flashes of his color were beautiful to see as he scooted around the tank 😁
Glad to see an update on him! I can’t wait to see if his colors change more throughout time. I do think the flow of the filter might be strong my betta used to swim like that until I changed the flow
I believe I told you about my beta I had in the hospital that led me to U-Tube and his less than one gallon tank. He made it through therapy with me then home and lived out his life in a fifty five.
I know they don't need a huge tank but i've always been curious (since they're horrible swimmers haha) could you do a betta tank with a 50 gallon that's long and shallow? not about shoulda haha but it could be pretty dope to have a betta colony in a huge shallow. happy holidays! thanks for the betta info :)

I'm not big into naming fish either past calling them " Fish" or " YOU" or " Goofy", etc. LOL I also don't call them " Fish jr" or "Fish III" because I'd be up to like " Fish 1,111,100,000, 123,452" or something close to that. ;) Sorry, can't help you with this one. ;) :D

This dang video keeps popping up that I haven't watched. I've been fearing to hear the story about the death of your Betta. He's looking good. My only concern from your initial video you corrected, which was the heater. he looks great. my question is how many have you now gone through to ensure we remained fooled? Lets call him jack
He looks much better. Does he need some air? Your right, Bettas with smaller fins like Moon Tails are better swimmers. How about naming him Phineas but call him "Finnny" for his beautiful fins?

They keep dying every day, so about 28 different exact same bettas!
