May I give you a tip.... don't walk in circles it keeps tangeling your hose up , so if you turn right go back turn left and pull the hose over your showlder that wil prevent going over your hose every time
Doing a good job is the best advertising. The neighbors see that clean pristine driveway and suddenly you have 6 more clients signing up for service.
The trick to doing free jobs is to get permission to post a yard sign for 2 weeks to generate new business.
@@nostradamus7648 I'm not even sure that's necessary. I live in a cul de sac and got my driveway cleaned. Within a week all 11 of my neighbors had theirs done by the same guy lol. His only advertising was his business name and phone number on the side of his truck while he worked.
"I am NOT going to watch a guy power wash a driveway for 25 minutes......."
25 minutes later.....
"Well I'll be damned!"

Someone mentioned that power washing was very satisfying 🙂 I watched one yesterday from another company but I wasn't impressed. I seen this 1st thing this morning. My favorite is that he illegally let's th water run free when it's supposed to be collected properly. Blew all the junk into the neighbors yard and down the curb and street. Yeah what a great guy. If I seen someone doing this near where I lived and not correctly trapping the water I would call the cops. I don't want your junk to run down into my yard and curbs. It's illegal to not trap the water. It's a big fine in most states

Nice video. I'd suggest investing in an Uberflex hose to avoid kinking and drape the hose over your shoulder. Will save you tons of time and get you into a nice workflow. Keep up the great work!

This place near a coal mine or coal power plant? I've never seen or heard of driveways going black like this. The completed job looks fantastic! Can't wait to see more of this.

I think this is Florida, it is so humid, algae grows on everything. Especially rocks and cement that retain moisture after the rain. It gets super slippery so those who help elderly and disabled persons with this service are truly amazing people!

I recognize the area you're in there's some really nice homes in that area built very well the Builder's name is Norman and his main contractor name was Tony they built many homes across the State of Florida in many neighborhoods. Like concept homes lantana Atlantic Estates Pine Lake Valley. Chestnut Hill. These homes last forever built with CBS with solid concrete foundations and extremely well-made roofs. That have survived every hurricanes in every neighborhood they built.

The sidewalk was so dark it looked like asphalt and you couldn't even see the shadow of the tree until he cleaned that pad! 😳 good job it looks like its brand new super fresh concrete!

You honestly need a bigger surface cleaner. Mine has 3 wheels and it's 20-25" Aud$699 best thing ever. A huge surface cleaner is a must and my power washer pushes out 4000psi so it takes but 1 pass on a driveway or path but I like to do 2 just to make sure 👍🇦🇺

If you pretreat or post treat you won't have those lines.
Plus if you use the surface cleaner on the sidewalk and walkways it will take you less time. Yes you can use the wand to cut in the edges but use the surface cleaner.

In Britain that path running parallel to the road would belong to the Local Council and it would be their duty to upkeep paid by your Taxes
The Telegraph Poles would not be on your grass but the grass next to the road as that would also be Council property.

If you have a farm or wooded homestead, you invest early in a wood chipper. If you own a home specially if it's heavily paved, you invest early on a pressure washer and a good set of grass mowing appliance or machinery. It's just common sense to avoid unnecessary expenses that you can do yourself. If you can buy cars that you have to pay for in 5 years, why not buy these necessary implements for your homestead or residence. And lastly, a woman who loves expensive things and knick knacks is a red flag, avoid them like the plague if you want a peaceful and prosperous life.

I too thought drive was asphalt. How did it get so dirty? None of the other houses look bad. Hard to believe they all pressure treat theirs. UPDATE: I’ve learned that the “dirt” was actually black algae- common in Florida. And, as I recall neighbor across the street did say she has a pressure cleaner.

First.. is that pure water.. no chemicals? Second.. I subbed because of your creative etching of SUB in the sidewalk. :D. Is that a turbo nozzle you're using as well when not using the surface cleaner? Curious if you're not using chemicals.. why not? No SF, surfactant? Last.. as this is sped up.. how long did this take you and what sort of price do you get for a job like this?

💥 Not enough overlap on each pass then way too fast going up and down afterwards. You can tell because those passes did nothing to improve the first passes going side to side. I just did one today and I got zero striping. 💦💪🏼

what type of contcrete y'all use in the US? i've never seen this type of dirtyness on concrete in Mexico
I could watch videos of that $hit all day - there's something incredibly relaxing, fulfilling about seeing dirt and grime get power washed away.
Now there's a pile of black that wasn't washed away at the end and needs seal coating now.
