Is Bhutan a sovereign country and should have the own rights to plot its own foreign policy as it deem fit. No interference from outsiders. Frigging CNA should stop being the mouthpiece of the west. Those guests are ridiculously bias and full of it.

Exactly. The focus should have been on Indian coercion and lack of Bhutanese agency. That CNA invited Aussie (and Thai) commentators and no Bhutanese is no surprise.

Why is the Bhutan situation suddenly being played up out of nowhere. By a Thailand reporter who coincide with India PM visit to Bhutan, and a Australian professor who spent a few years studying Bhutan politics with alleged satellite imaging over the past few years, and talking to some Bhutanese over the past few years...
Yet, Bhutanese officials had dismissed those claims as admitted by Saksith Saiyasombut. Why are we then trying to get the Australian professor to mindread the Bhutanese? Or is it to get the memo on what propaganda piece the West is trying to push this time?
Can we just stay on course on reporting real issues? A story about Bhutan dilemma, stuck between China and India, and yet we don't have anybody on the Bhutan side, or the Indian side or the Chinese side on this interview means we don't have any expert opinion.
We don't have any skin in the game, just wait till we can actually get real subject matter expert to share their knowledge on said subject.

You r right! Bhutan do not have much of a choice. Bhutan walks the fine line of not hurting the Indian interests and not poking China in the North because it is unhealthy for Bhutan.
Yeah this is change Bhutan gets but this might cost a lot for Bhutan because if Bhutan abandons India and sides with China, Bhutan won't be able to protect herself from China's expansionist policy. If Bhutan totally sides with India leaving no room for China, then India has been considering Bhutan as one of their states, it won't take much for India to make it happen, though it might take some time, but India has different policy for Bhutan.

CNA always gets the title wrong. There's no China-India rivalry. They are of a different class. It's very easy to see that it's Indian jealousy. The China-India rivalry is hyped up by the West. India is being promoted and favoured by the West so that India will stand with them against China.
It's very unfortunate that after driving out her colonial master India wants to be the new colonial master. Territories that Britain illegally claimed , India now wants a claim on those same Territories.

Xinjiang? China literally was favoured by the west for 4 decades, that was the sole reason for its economy. Repost by @catinbootsnow4267
India need to cooperate with its biggest trade partner, China, to turn itself into a global manufacturing power, with seamless integration with global supply chain.
It has long been China's stance that "Put the border disputes aside, let us cooperate on everything else. "
An emerging power like India cannot let its development be kidnapped by border disputes.
Look at Japan and S. Korea. These two East Asia neighbors can sit down for negotiations and cooperations, despite of their long time disputes over the sovereignty of the Liancourt Rocks in the sea between them. That is political wisdom and diplomatic maturity on full display.
Other countries such as China and India can definitely learn from S. Korea and Japan to manage their difference on borders, LAC, or whatever, and develop their relationship for the benefit of the economy and people.
The US, with its dirty "divide and conquer" tricks, doesn't want to see BRICS countries developing fast together. They'd rather see the two neighboring Asian giants fighting, hurting and weakening each other, to maintain their domination in Indo-Pacific for their own geopolitical interests.
