I totally agree to stir fry the seasoned prawns first and dish up. I love my prawns not overcooked. As always, thank you (Kam Siah) Ah Pa for creating so many wonderful and simple recipes for us. Take care and God bless.

Sir! Thanks alot for sharing your video - stir fry glass noodles. I have always wanted to learn how to cook it. So I followed your recipe this morning for my breakfast. It is successful and delicious! Esp you added the salt and pepper on the prawn and it tasted good! 😋

there is no wrong method of cooking, as long as the meat is well cooked and the main product is well flavoured, it is edible

Thank you Ah Pa for this cooking lesson. I thought I know how to stir fry noodles in the past until I watch your video. Yes I did it wrongly when I throw the seasoning after adding the noodles. Now it makes sense to season the broth/sauce/gravy before adding the noodles so it can soak up the flavors entirely. Hate to learn that you get scolded for your kindness and time to produce a cooking video which teaches many novice like me. TH-cam trollers are pain in the butt with nothing better to do. Just ignore them and don't even bother to apologise.

I am so happy you covered preparing glass noodles. I tried once and ended up with a ball of noodles all stuck together, a bit larger than a baseball. :( So that was the 1st and last time for me. Now the next trip to oriental grocery store, they will be on the list along with more fine rice noodles. I have mainly stuck to canton egg noodles, them will be great.

Even the prawns stick to your stainless steel wok, not to mention the egg and the noodle (even worst). I believe it is the way you start ( cold wok is a no no no!,). As far as I know, to make any cooking utensils not stick is bring the wok to a reasonable temp and wipe a ltiile oil on the surface (or use a lot of oil), then fry. Still the end look nice.

Hello, when ppl gives constructive advice, u take it as scolding. Which means u r perfect.. Constructive advice is to improve n further your career as a chef... U r still an amateur judging from the way u r cooking..
